Everything was in its place with price tags and product info. All sales staff were on their game. Remember, this is a new store to the state, so no borrowing staff from a nearby store. And I was never left unattended in any department without someone offering to help with a smile. The only regret was that the grand piano, a staple of Von Maur stores, was not in play due to them opting for the DJ in its place. Never fear, the grand piano is present, though.
