He told my mom he loved putting together family portrait outfits. I love fashion and he seemed to get me. He picked out a beautiful cable knit sweater for me and a cardigan for my mom. He picked out everything and even offered to help my brothers if they decided to come in. Henry checked us out and he was so friendly and polite. Great staff! I was very impressed.

However, once I finally visited the store, I realized that this company is truly taking it to another level. They had the highest quality clothing, several unique designs, and a load of other great miscellaneous products. In particular, I loved their selection of hats, which covered a full wall and surely has something for everybody. Finally, I loved how they had Atlanta Braves merchandise, which is hard to find in this area. For Panthers fans, they also had a selection of Panthers apparel as well. All-in-all, I really liked Rally House, and I think it's going to be a great store!

She gave him a gift card for shirts he bought 3 days ago using his debit card and he had the receipt. She never asked my husband if he wanted a gift card, which he didn't. So another employee had to make multiple phone calls to get the situation figured out. She was helpful and really nice, her name was maybe Velma or something along those lines. Not once did "Stevie" apologize for causing us to be in store waiting for a resolution for at least 20 minutes. She was also whispering about us to another employee at the register. Super unprofessional, uncomfortable and a crap experience! We will not be back to this store because of this employee and the way we were treated.

Was here on the morning of feb 18, 2014. Buckle has a huge amount of denim in a variety of colors, styles, cuts, etc. I am 5'4 and about a size 27-29 waist and although the fits are all different I can always find at least 6 pairs that I must "debate" - or go broke. They have a decent range of prices though a bit on the expensive side the jeans are worth it. I ended up with 3 that day. I cannot remember the sales girls name but I will say she was extremely helpful!! Too many people these days just leave you to rot in the dressing room without any help at all or with some help but they are in a hurry and don't take the time to actually LOOK for your size or something similar... But no she took the time and she was also helping another in the room next to me. She was digging through piles of denim for both of us and she was super sweet and kind. I think she likes her job, she seemed like a people person. She was very helpful and informative even while I stood there in the back of the store looking over my picks! She was very patient just over all a pretty good person who just made my shopping as easy as could be. Then the man who rang me up - another good person! He was friendly and helpful to! He bagged up my new jeans all nice for me and even walked around the counter to hand me the bag. Buckle goes beyond the boring unhelpful mall experience and seems to actually care about their customers and getting them in some nice new jeans that fit well - they will even help you make up your mind! It was a chunk of change I spent but I did get 3 very nice, well fitting, cute, different colored, pairs of jeans plus some had holes just like I wanted. They look good and are the right length too for my wedges and boots. No tops this time as I already had some from a previous trip - I love the Obey t shirts and the hippie tops! Their kindness and patience never wavered. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. They were super professional and efficient. They made me feel like I had my own personal assistants. This store had a big selection of sandals, actually more than I saw online. They have open toes, closed in and even thong sandals. I managed to find 2 pairs of open-toe sandals with the ankle strap in the colors black and brown. This is a great place to shop! Many shoes from sandals, slide-ins, sneakers and more. They carry women's, kids' and men's shoes. Next time you are out in the area, check them out. I am sure you will find just what you need.
