I asked out of confusion, "why didn't your store sell them?" She replied because nobody wears them. Immediately I knew this employee had an issue, with something or someone probably herself because I'm somebody and I'm asking you for the item so apparently somebody where's them. Your comp right next door was outta of stock or they didn't have the sizes I needed. I was buying for my entire family. Maybe it's because I wasn't wearing her favorite color because she had red coloring all in her head that looked stank with clearly a stank sarcastic attitude to match. FYI if you are in the customer service business and you refuse to give good or choose rather poor customer service just get out of the business. Times is already bad economy wise. I'm spending money that definitely doesn't grow on trees. The last thing you want is not only for money to not come in, You also don't want people running your future sales away. It's ok maybe it's not for you. Businesses will continue to go out of business unless the management checks the employees bottom line, especially considering the times. There's someone else who needs a job but more importantly actually likes what they do. Not sure if I'll ever be back to shop here, unless desperate.

Instead he had me go on the machine to verify my size which was six and a half) He then finally brought a size 36 which was a little large so I asked for a size 35 to be on the safe side. He said Dankos didn't make a size 35, which in googling I found out was wrong. I didn't buy the shoe because of the poor service.

He wasn't pushy at all and I know I tried on at least 7-8 different pairs and sizes. I have run and hiked for 30 years; but I still learned something today. I highly recommend the foot scan they use. I knew my right foot was a little longer than my left but the scan affirmed that and that my left foot was a little wider. My son-in-law buys all of his work clothes here, he's a welder and needs super heavy duty work pants, their famous Fire Hose workwear! When I walked in, a barrage of flannel, buffalo plaid, khaki and denim invaded me as I walked in the door! I've never seen so much plaid!! Raymond Barone would be in heaven here! We were expecting a small little store with small selection, but they do have it all, shoes, socks, belts, underwear, brand name clothes as well as their own brands. We were also expecting high pressure sales. While our salesman was very attentive, and informative, he never pressed us to buy more than what we went in for.
