Great place to hang and play pool. It's beautiful inside. 6 pool tables and a bar right next to the tattoo place.

We went for an early dinner, and parking was easy with plenty of spaces available. One downside before even getting there was the road leading into the restaurant, lots of potholes and gravel made it feel a little rough getting in. Service started a bit slow as it took some time before we were greeted, but once our server came over, she immediately brought water and was very friendly throughout the meal. The menu was a little confusing and felt all over the place. The "appetizers" were mostly fried foods that honestly seemed more like à la carte meal items. Along with that, they offered low country boil bags, fried rice dishes, and Asian noodle options, just an unusual combination overall. We ordered one of the boil bags along with a few appetizer items. Everything tasted good, and there really wasn't anything bad about the food. The crab legs were definitely the highlight of the meal. That said, nothing really stood out enough to make it memorable, especially for the price point. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it's probably a one-and-done visit for us. Glad we tried it, but not somewhere we'd likely return to.

Although, the noodles were the same sauce as the crab boil it tasted totally different. Inside wasn't crowded. It's usually very popular and very busy. I think I got lucky and got there after the rush. The service is very friendly and very on point. The amount of food you get & quality also very good! I ordered the country morning breakfast which had two eggs either two bacon, sausage or ham. Grits or potatoes and toast. 1/2 biscuit & country gravy. Still delicious as I remember!!! It was so much food I had enough left for a breakfast the next day! This place also has a lot of nostalgia being that it's been around for many years. A local favorite but loved by many!! I highly recommend dining here if you're ever in the area!

I found out that they have been open for over four decades, which is incredible. I tried the fried seafood platter and the shepherds pie. Each meal came with a side dish and dessert. The shepherds pie arrived cold in the center. I sent it back to be reheated and I thought it was very good. The seafood platter was excellent. Loved the zesty cocktail sauce! The hash brown casserole was worth the calories and it was the highlight of my meal. I will skip the bread pudding next time and try a slice of one of their homemade pies or cakes. Great food and prices in a casual country style restaurant. Highly recommend.

To the point of being very cheesy but interesting and authentic. Something to look at in every corner. The menu is typical but the food is enjoyable. Best rice and beans I've had. The food got to my table rather quickly. I will say I was there during lunch during the week. A much slower time. My server was very kind and willing to give her opinion on items she would choose. I ultimately ended up with steak tacos and they were perfect. Very genuine people. Go check them out

From the moment we arrived, every part of the experience was exceptional. We started at the bar where Jody crafted outstanding cocktails and recommended the evening's tomahawk steak special. We are so glad we took the recommendation. The tomahawk was cooked absolutely perfectly--beautifully presented, tender, flavorful, and truly one of the finest we've ever had. The mushrooms, garlic potatoes, and fresh asparagus were every bit as memorable. And the Blue Cheese Wedge Salad was spectacular! Fresh made blue cheese dressing with bacon lardons and the absolute perfect portion. Our server, Ted, was the definition of professional hospitality. Attentive without hovering, anticipating what we needed, and making the evening feel effortless. It was as if we had known him for years. The true star of the evening, however, was Nicky. He greeted us with a warm smile as if he was an uncle we hadn't seen in years. He is a wine expert. He recommended a wine that paired perfectly with our meal--and at a surprisingly reasonable price--his warmth and genuine enthusiasm elevated an already incredible experience. It never felt like a sales pitch, just like a friend guiding us to the perfect choice. We finished with the Belgian chocolate mousse cake, which somehow exceeded the incredibly high bar set by everything before it. Rich, decadent, and beautifully balanced. What impressed us most wasn't just the food--it was the atmosphere. Dining at Raindancer felt less like eating in a restaurant and more like being welcomed into the home of close friends who happen to be extraordinary cooks and hosts. After an experience like this, it's easy to see how Raindancer has been a local institution for more than fifty years. We'll absolutely be back, and we'll be recommending it to everyone we know. This wasn't just dinner--it was one of the finest dining experiences we've ever had.

Christy P. at the bar was efficient and helpful without being pushy to get us out. She was fine with us just watching tv and having a leisurely lunch and dessert. Let me explain : This place was super packed and noisy .. Our waiter was Shawn and he never introduced himself got his name from his name tag , but he act like he didn't have time to answer any questions? There special all you can eat $15.99 includes your choice of boneless chicken, shrimp, riblets, with fries and cole slaw... my husband order the shrimp. The first time his meal came out with 10 shrimp only ? and the Cole slaw was the size of a 1/4 cup why was everything so little ? and fries not much you get more at McDonald's ... I ordered bourbon steak 6 oz with mashed potatoes medium rare.. where's the beef? Or should I say chicken and shrimp? well my steak came out well done no seasoning .. no bourbon taste and one dollop of mash potatoes... I couldn't cut my steak with a knife it was so hard I did manage to get a piece off the steak and not cooked the way I asked and I couldn't chew it ... I asked the waiter to remake my steak and I did wait 15 minutes and while I'm waiting my husband ordered boneless chicken which was included in his meal 5 pieces came out? The size of nugget? WTH ‍ I thought this was unlimited all you can eat ? Not True!! It's like they are limiting you how much you can eat ? It's not unlimited at all false advertising!! later my steak was in front of me I kid you not I couldn't cut into it again and the steak was so bland no seasonings again , no bourbon sauce again ? I couldn't eat it ... the waiter took it off my bill . This place was so nosy we couldn't hear our selves talking.. This place was a no go for me !! Will I come back ? Nope by the way this was a table of 4 people and the food was not that good at all .. service was ok ..
