He found a use4d part to fix, which I am more than ok with. Wanted to do that myself, but figured someone with more knowledge than myself would have more resources. He also fixed my beater bar which I'm glad he did. It is SO much quieter now. Only bad thing is he didnt clean minor rust from used part. I did so with steelwool. Vac works better than b4. Thank you. The worker/ owner came out got my vacuum for me, changed the part I needed and added a part that was broken and I was out the door with in 15 minutes. Cost me about $42, that's it!
