Bogo sales are final, but he provided a gift receipt when I told him the shoes were for someone else who doesn't make it out there too often. The person loves the shoes, but due to a foot issue, they were a little tight on her, so she actually came to the store and moved up a size (and had to pivot to different colors) on her subsequent visit. I'm so glad the employee offered the gift receipt. Had he not, we'd be stuck with some shoes that couldn't be worn and we'd be reluctant to try the Merrell Outlet again. Now we're fans!

No machine washing or dry cleaning!), I had to pass. I went with a dark blue rinse Curvy Skinny, which fit great and can be machine washed. Best of all, not only were they 40% off, they were BOGO free! Merry Christmas to me!! I love the way True's jeans fit, and if you follow the care instructions, they tend to last for years. Be advised that any of their machine washable jeans will fade (in color) over time, but the jeans themselves have withstood a great deal of wear & tear without actually tearing. However, the Dry Clean only black jeggings that I purchased @ 5 or 6 years ago, are still their original color and haven't faded one bit. I received very good service here. The sales rep helped me find my size, but there was only one pair in my size and I needed 2 (for the BOGO free). Another rep went to the back to find my second pair and I was good to go. This store has a variety of jeans, shirts, sweats, jackets, and belts. There are 2 dressing rooms and 2 cash registers. The only downside to my experience was that there was what appeared to be a staff meeting happening in the middle of the store (but with only some of the staff). They were kind of in the way and barely moved to allow patrons space to browse.

They scan your feet and step, then they can suggest three pairs to choose from. This was my fourth time there, second time this year. I had an excellent experience together with a friendly and helpful young man named Gabe. He walked me through my volumental foot scan and explained each measurement. He encouraged dialogue and was well-informed on the various fits of the shoes in stock. The pair I bought in early August are so amazing, I went from walking three miles, three times a week, to walking 17 miles last week. Of course, this is dedicated exercise miles, and not including my daily steps of cleaning, shopping, or working. I went back today and learned a lot and ordered a second pair with a firmer support to rotate with my previous, softer soles. I'm very excited to wear my new pair when they arrive in two days. I don't remember the name of the gal who helped us, but she was great! She was very knowledgeable about the various brands/styles they carried. She was also friendly and personable. My daughter was asked to do something on two pieces of equipment (for lack of a better word). This gave the staff member information that helped her narrow down what shoes would be best for my daughter. There had already been questions asked about what the shoes would be used for, etc. A few different brands and sizes were brought out and tried on and walked around in. Pros and cons were discussed and a shoe was chosen. A lot happened while we were there, but it didn't take a long time and things kept moving. We were never sitting there waiting for long periods of time. I've been to buy athletic shoes at another well known store and the process takes entirely too long. I'll try Fleet Feet next time!
