After passing by more times than I'd like to admit, I popped in to see what they had going on. The space has a relaxed and peaceful energy. They have made excellent use of the space fitting in lots of merchandise without feeling claustrophobic and crammed in. I was greeted and warmly welcomed. The shop keeper was knowledgeable and helpful. She got me set up in a dressing room and helped find the right size and fit for my body. My hesitation with small boutiques is that the majority of my experience with them is always a let down. I am a plus size person (size 18/20 for reference) and usually find very little or anything at all in my size. To my surprise, I immediately found several items in my size. Items that were fashionable and well made. I tried on several pieces and they all fit well. The material fit and hung well giving everything I tried on a polished feel. I ended up taking home two new dresses. I absolutely cannot resist a dress with pockets! I was 2 for 2 today! I felt the items are good quality for the price I paid for them. I just want to thank you for seeing me and the millions of other people like me. For believing that everyone is worthy of being included.Especially in an industry plus size bodies are an afterthought. See you again soon

When I've complained about their boy section before they responded with saying that they don't have control of what they get. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to bring all of my extra boy clothes that I had to sprout fitters, knowing that their boy area is lacking. Hoping to make extra money for my kids, but also to provide extra boy clothes for the boy Moms in the area. Not only did they barely take anything. They picked through all three baskets and picked out every single high-end brand Nike bamboo etc and in return they offered about $40 altogether. As much as I want to love the store I literally cannot keep wasting my time and energy going here. Unfortunately, this will be my last time going or trying to sell to them. And I regretfully urge boy Moms specifically to not go out of their way to make a drive to the store. when I say their racks are practically empty or filled with winter clothes, barely any outfits I mean it and it makes sense now including they rejected about over 40 outfits that had no stains or any major wear. To respond to the owner ; I am also very picky on what I bring in because one of the things I hate most in life is wasting my own time. And there's no need! I've already started selling a chunk of it on Vinted and got 20x what you guys offered for half of that chunk. You guys are a thrift store and absolutely have pieces that look thrifted, just as any other thrift store. I think saying that my pieces were possibly not up to par is kinda off.. Be sure to bring your ID every time there are frequent policy changes regarding drop-offs and pickups. Sometimes they require it, sometimes they don't, which can be confusing. The selling process is relatively quick, which I appreciate. However, I've noticed that many of the items they choose to buy and resell are stained or in visibly poor condition. It's surprising to see some of these pieces make it onto the sales floor. (See attached photos for examples.) It honestly makes me second-guess purchasing items here, especially higher-priced items like baby gear or amps. I really hope the quality control improves this store has a lot of potential if they clean things up a bit.
