The nail techs are always very nice and it's not usually very busy so I can usually get in without an appointment without a long wait time if any wait time at all. Today I got a manicure and a pedicure both Gel. Today I was in a bit of a hurry, so I asked if they could do my manicure and my pedicure at the same time to which they happily obliged. Lisa did my pedicure and Cindy did my manicure. Lisa did a great job on my toes with a lot of attention to detail. I asked Cindy if she could keep my nails, the same, which was round on the corners and she said she would. My nails ended up being more of a square shape and my thumb was crooked. I mentioned a couple times that the thumb was crooked and she tried to fix it but in the end, i just ended up saying leave it as it was. I took off one star today for the square shape nails and the crooked thumb nail. I do recommend this place and I'll definitely be back. I probably won't go to Linda again.

My friend told me about this place and how they do really good hard gel sets so that's what I initially came in for. I told Le I wanted hard gel so she asked me to show her a picture of what I wanted (pink ombré). Not knowing exactly what hard gel is, I let her continue to do her job. Mid session I asked if this was hard gel and she said no she could only do pink ombré with powder. I was a little confused but I let her go on anyways. Le really took her time to shape my nails and made sure they were perfect and I really appreciated it. Even though I didn't get the hard gel, I can't really complain because she did a great job on my nails. Next time I hope to try out hard gel!

Some of this is just not taking time to do the manicure or pedicure right. Wish I would of looked at her nails yesterday but we had another appointment to go to. I have toe photos too but don't want to post it. You are right and I said toes and nails. If you look at the photo would you say she did a good job? That is poor work. I do wish I would of looked at her nails prior to leaving but as I said we had another appointment and would not of had time to have them fixed. Just because she is young doesn't mean they should do a sloppy job. You can see in the close up photo that she didn't take her time with the polish. Things should be done right the first time not having to complain and then doing it right. Here is another photo of another nail with a sloppy finish that is her toe just to show you that both were done rushed and sloppy! You should care more in the work you put out!
