I understand people are busy. But they are busy because of the customers.

She was terrified and went into the station for assistance. They were NOT helpful. Would not help her wash the gas off her car, would not offer to let her sit down (she walks with a cane and several health issues). Would not help her at all. She was so upset, she asked to speak to the manager, who did absolutely nothing. She went back later that afternoon and they had placed a bag on the broken pump. She asked if they would wash the gas off her car, of course, they would not. They did absolutely nothing. Sadly, she was too upset to call the fire department or the police department.
