Would not help her wash the gas off her car, would not offer to let her sit down (she walks with a cane and several health issues). Would not help her at all. She asked if they would wash the gas off her car, of course, they would not. They did absolutely nothing. Sadly, she was too upset to call the fire department or the police department.
