Not today as it was 36 or so miles when I should have filled up but did not. In the end, I was fine and I still had another gallon of gas in the tank (27-28 miles) but I didn't want to go much further. This station has outside pumps with separate areas for cars and trucks. There is also a convenience store that I did not venture inside. In these days of social distancing, NOONE was wearing a mask! The receipt printer did not work, displaying a "SEE CLERK" message. It's always…read morereally busy and it's not really easy to get in and out of because this portion of Dunn Avenue is always really busy. It's large and clean. They have all the latest gadgets gas stations/convenience stores seem to be getting nowadays like milkshake machines. They even have a blood pressure machine in here... now that is definitely a first! There's a nice selection of hot food items; always, it always irks me that they always seem to be out of tamales no matter what time of day it is. They also have the ever popular Beer Igloo. Ton of gas pumps, but because they are so busy, it's not uncommon to have to wait for a pump. There are always several employees working, but for whatever reason, it seems when I go to the register there's only one employee there with like 10 people in line. Is it really that difficult for another employee to come to one of the other registers? Yes, I'll keep stopping here because we drive by often and are always in need of something. But I'm just not a huge fan of this Gate.

Gas is usually only about a penny more than other gas stations in the area like Gate and Racetrac. Sometimes, when traffic is busy on Dunn Avenue, it's easier to stop here and pay the extra penny rather than trying to cross over to the other side of the road and stop somewhere. Unless you're just wanting to make a quick stop for gas because it's convenient, I'd go to the Gate or Racetrac because you'll find a lot more in those stores, they're a lot bigger, and they are a lot cleaner.

I only had time for one stop which I timed out so I left early for work. I know gate stays open 24…read morehours so I run in at 3:40ish am at 4234 Dunn only to be told I couldn't be cashed out for 15 min. It's inconsiderate to assume other people's time is not valuable. Evidently some new system(about a year old) shuts everything down at 3:45 and can't reopen until 4 am (per the manager at the Dunn location).. This information should be displayed for the public to see. I could have driven and stopped somewhere else. Thanks for ruining my time to pick up breakfast and snacks for work. So remember ALL GATE GAS STATIONS are closed 3:45 till 4:00 am ( per the store manager) so don't stop if you are on a time limit.

They have a Cinnabon and icee machines so that makes for fun road-trip food. There's an area for showers as well which is helpful for truckers on the road. I needed a coffee and the small cup goes for only $2.19. They have your usual self-serve carafes but I tried one machine that cranks the beans right then and there to make your cuppa so that was nifty. Checkout is self service but there's attendants nearby to assist you. Love how accessible it is from the highway.

We had to take her car to another shop where they then asked about previous services and it made sense what had happened. When we returned back from our trip we went back to Express Oil Change and they tried to tell my mother that somebody had "intentionally cut it" and disregarded her concerns.
