Yes we all know that the inside of a gas station store is merely a glorified 7-11 that sells high priced on the run things we think we need, but wow, was this place nice. It was open and bright and there were places to sit, I was impressed. When I went to the counter to get my card, the very nice employee told me that RaceTrac uses an app for their loyalty program. She then showed me which app to download and after I had signed up she went thru all of the perks of coming to RaceTrac. I was very impressed at her enthusiasm and genuineness at helping me. If you need a snack from pizza to donuts or a little simple goofy present like a key ring or a camo hat you can get it here. You will most certainly find employees smiling and helpful to greet you.

She was terrified and went into the station for assistance. They were NOT helpful. Would not help her wash the gas off her car, would not offer to let her sit down (she walks with a cane and several health issues). Would not help her at all. She was so upset, she asked to speak to the manager, who did absolutely nothing. She went back later that afternoon and they had placed a bag on the broken pump. She asked if they would wash the gas off her car, of course, they would not. They did absolutely nothing. Sadly, she was too upset to call the fire department or the police department. I wish she had. This place is awful. Use any other gas station in Yulee but this one.

The place was well kept and the early morning staff was busy preparing for another busy day but provided excellent customer service with great appreciation and a smile. After leaving NSB, Florida long before sunrise heading north on I-95 I decided to stop and top off the bus before most of the world opened their eyes - today no lines and lots of open lanes so it was easy in and easy out. I'm still trying to figure how I can expedite the process, having to go inside and estimate the gallons needed to fuel up and prepay still seems strange and inefficient but that's how it works. After fueling if you've guessed wrong or want to get a receipt of the actual amount pumped requires a second trip inside after pulling away from the pumps. I guess this is one way truck drivers get their daily steps in - but once inside their pretty much aby thing else you could need from a cup of hot coffee, a bathroom break or shower and all the snacks and electronic devices you could ever think of for life on the road. Love's is definitely not always the most competitive price when it comes to diesel fuel or DEF but they are convenient and for the most part a one stop shop they have it all retailer so I'll continue to stop in as needed...
