While it is pricey in comparison to other more affordable grocery marketplaces, it is truly a great one-stop shop for many things. As I've noted in some of my other WFM reviews, the Winter Park location is my preferred location. It does, like most of their locations, get pretty busy, but for the most part, you can usually find parking. The staff is kind and helpful (when and if needed). The food options/varieties are good! As with their other locations, they offer various cuisine types for just about everyone. This is also inclusive of their dining options (i.e., their hot and cold bars, bakery, and the like). They have a range of household items, personal care items, toiletries, groceries, and so forth. So, again, you can usually find most of what you need. As far as their dining options go, I've gotten a hot lunch from Whole Foods on numerous occasions. I never eat there, but you can if you'd like, as they have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal. I'm usually not disappointed with the options. I also really enjoy a number of their soup options. The bakery is probably my favorite section! I'm always leaving Whole Foods with something sweet. Nonetheless, Whole Foods is a great shopping experience. Again, they are pricey and are usually pretty busy, but it's usually worth it. Being that this location is in a plaza with a few other shopping spots, like Nordstrom Rack, Sephora, and a few other spots, you can always pop over to the nearby businesses for various other shopping needs. Lastly, I am a big fan that I can drop my Amazon Prime returns off at any WFM location. Super convenient. Needless to say, I am forever going to be a WFM girly.

They had several pumps so even though it was busy it was pretty easy to find at least one open pump so you didn't have to wait for anybody else. Overall: B Standard gas station. I've been to 4 of the other Bravo supermarkets in town, and I'll tell you. This is the best one. Perhaps because it's newer. I went there to buy some hot food for a get together I was having. The deli section was well stocked with more options than offered at other locations. There was 5 employees working behind the counter. I was able to place an order for about $40 worth of food without disrupting the flow or making other patrons wait behind me. As for the rest of the store, they have an actual butcher counter in the back corner for those with special requests. The produce section is well stocked and offers items not found in the standard chain supermarkets. The pricing on grocery items falls in the middle ground. Some items are cheaper elsewhere and some can't be beat. Just depends on what it is. I'm glad I now have a Bravo just minutes from my home. BTW, my guests loved the food. :)

I waited almost a year for it to reopen, looking forward to the changes. When it reopened, it looked modern, but I found it to be sterile as well. The lightning looks a bit more dark, and the space a bit more cramp. I do like the new deli area in the front, with the very nice Publix sandwiches, salad, and fried chicken offered. I also really like to sushi area, and they now serve rice bowls and ramen at reasonable prices. While the portions are a bit small, it is really tasty. The meat and fish area look a bit smaller, but the dairy area is spacious in the back. The bakery is also a bit smaller, as well as the pharmacy, but they do the job. The frozen isle is in the middle, and I wish they had more seen selections of the Hagan Daz ice cream flavors. I rarely see the green tea flavor anymore. Now there are separate doors for entering and exiting. And their famous scale is gone. Now I can't find out my weight over there anymore. That's like if Meijer got rid of their one cent mechanical horse ride (Sandy) from their stores. Sad! There are self checkout lanes available, with their famous Costar security cameras watching you and TVs letting you know that you're being watched. At least they still have ample amount of regular checkout lanes with friendly staff checking you out and bagging your items. I believe they still offer to take your items to your car if requested, and have the no tipping policy. I see management occasionally guiding shoppers to the proper checkout lanes and staff showing shoppers where to go for an item. While the renovated Publix looks a bit stale to me, it still has great amenities and staff needed to be a nice supermarket. They still have their BOGOs tool, so you can get good deals. The staff are friendly, which makes shopping here a pleasure. While it isn't as nice as Windermere, it's definitely better than the Kirkman branch. It's still a good Publix closest to the Metrowest area. Overall: B+

I genuinely try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt because I understand that mistakes…read morehappen. But my experience at this Publix location on Saturday, September 12th, was disappointing enough that I feel it deserves to be addressed. A group of us stopped at Publix before a road trip. We were not shopping as a group--we made separate purchases, checked out separately, and left the store at different times within roughly a 30-minute window. Shortly after one of the young ladies in our group left, another came out visibly confused and explained that the self-checkout attendant had accused her of stealing an item/items. Let's pause there. She had PAID for her items. Rather than simply accepting the accusation, she went back inside with her receipt to address it. Someone in our group even offered to pay for the items that were supposedly stolen. Once she presented her receipt, however, it became clear that there was no theft. She then had to go to Customer Service to process a refund. That entire interaction was unnecessary and, quite frankly, humiliating. Mistakes happen. But there is a significant difference between asking a customer to clarify a transaction and making them feel as though they have been caught stealing. The young lady should not have had to walk back into the store and produce a receipt to prove her innocence after already paying for her merchandise. I immediately called the store while everything was taking place and spoke with Christina, who I believe was the bakery manager. She listened to my concerns and said she would pass the information along to another manager. I called back around 6 PM to follow up. The manager I spoke with said she had a note on her desk regarding the situation but had been busy and hadn't had an opportunity to address it. I was told I could expect a call within 24 hours from a store manager or someone above her to discuss what happened and provide some type of reconciliation. That call never came. Instead, during our conversation, I was told that the employee would receive "coaching." And that's where I was left thinking: Is that really the resolution? An employee allegedly makes an incorrect accusation against a customer. The customer is embarrassed enough to have to return to the store and prove she paid. Management is contacted twice. A follow-up is promised. And the resolution is essentially, "We'll coach the employee." Coaching the employee may be appropriate internally, but that is not customer resolution. What I expected was accountability, empathy, and a genuine acknowledgment of the impact of what happened--not simply an explanation of what would happen to the employee. Publix has built a reputation around customer service, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. If a customer is going to be accused of stealing, there needs to be a level of care and certainty before that accusation is made. Because when you're wrong, "I'm sorry" and "we'll coach them" are not necessarily the same thing as making the customer feel respected. I hope Publix leadership reviews this situation beyond simply coaching the employee. The bigger issue here is how customers are treated when an employee gets it wrong--and what happens afterward. Publix, you can do better.

Great location and great staff but they are overwhelmed during this pandemic. I really like the…read morepeople who work here and the pharmacy staff is nice but they cannot ever answer the phone because they are understaffed. Maybe they need to hire more people or people who can manage a heavy workload in an efficient manner. I will continue to use this pharmacy as it is so convenient but I will try not to go between 5-7 on weekdays.

Went to CVS today 5/16/26) to purchase some items and to take advantage of about $10 in coupons. I…read moredid the self checkout because there was no one at the register. Which is typical. I scanned all of the items and all of the coupons. When I tried to check out the system glitched and called for the manager. She reset it and walked away to help another customer. It glitched again and would not accept any form of payment. I put my stuff back in the basket and left. I didn't get charged anything but I lost my coupons. I doubt Walgreens would do this to me. We'll find out.
