They have a cool store inside with clothes, dishes, knickknacks, and other cool items. A Dunkin Donuts is part of the store as well as a chicken fast food restaurant. The bathroom has about 15 stalls and is super clean. Folks here are friendly and are quick to engage in conversation. Definitely worth stopping in if you are going to need gas down I-85. They are located off I-85.

At first I was ready to hear an angry or at least a partly frustrated voice - but rather, they were just trying to give us a reminder call. When we finally reached the store and I apologized for the delay, a staff named Laura said that they try were just trying to be thoughtful since they realize many families have more things to take care of. It gave me the warm fuzzies to encounter such considerate service in midst of rough pandemic times - this is definitely a Kroger that goes above and beyond in our experience!

But whenever I have to come to Lagrange if I need anything I will always stop at this location. Ingles has always had great customer service, a very clean store and great prices. However, now I do see that many of the items are not as cheap as other grocery stores anymore. Do to the economy everything is getting higher. But still, if your looking for a good selection of meats and produce come to Ingles. Or if you just don't feel like cooking Ingles has a great deli/hot bar and salad bar.

Sales are good, they have an app you can check the circular in. There's always a few BOGOs, though not nearly as plentiful as something like Publix. Wish the bakery had a little more variety. The parking lot is big and there's always plenty of space, but the pavement is in rough shape. Just pretend you're in an army minesweeper vehicle when you hit a pothole. After I waited for 15 minutes with other items roasting in my car in 90° weather, the Customer Service with authority to help me (who had told a fellow employee that she would help me) returned with three or four boxes of 12 mini diet cokes. I reiterated that I only wanted 2 six packs of the mini cans, none of which were on the shelf. She told me there were none in back. I asked her if since there weren't any of what I needed, I had to pay full price for the larger box that I did not want or if she could give me a discount (maybe the same price as 12 would cost in the BOGO?). She dismissively told me that I had to pay full price if I only bought one box. I consider that neither "working with me" as a customer nor Customer "SERVICE." frankly, I was shocked and appalled at her attitude and lack of desire to help a customer. She had no apparent desire to help me as one of her customers. Her attitude does not reflect the customer orientation that I have known in any other Publix in any state in my life. I am grateful that there are now two Publixes in LaGrange and I will do all that I can to shop at the Publix at Merganser Commons instead of the one on Commerce in the future.

Upon writing her name down she told me to leave the store she lied and called police saying she fear her life is in danger. I did not threaten her in no type of way but that scenario was highly unnecessary to deal with a so called manager. As long as she is there I won't be filling up my car knowing that you hired a manager with a bigger attitude than a customer.
