I have a Marathon credit card in good standing and usually use that as tender. It isn't as if I have no past association with Marathon and it hasn't been limited to this one location. About a week ago, I had my purchase rung up by the rudest woman I've ever encountered in all my life. She merely glared at me when I said, "Good morning." When my purchase didn't come up to $5, she tersely informed me that I would have to purchase something else or she would have to add a charge until the $5 threshold was reached. I'd had enough of her rudeness and told her to add a charge. I understand the practice but I certainly didn't understand the rudeness of the request. I've been in the business twice since and this woman's piss poor people skills remain the same. I've reached out to the home office twice and was told the complaint would be forwarded to the franchise owner. I have yet to be contacted by anyone on the local level and I'm pretty done with a place where someone receiving my patronage treats me like I'm a kid spending my allowance. The nasty acting old woman needs to go back to finish charm school.

I happened to stop here twice, once on my way up to my vacation spot, and once on the way home. There are enough pumps. Inside is clean and well lit. I felt the cashiers were nice enough. Things seem to have improved since the other reviews were written. I think everything was fine here. But, I do not live in the area, so I only base my opinion on my experiences as one passing through.

Needs trash picked up and pressure washing. All kinds of old & new gunk on the pavement. I had to be careful where I walked to go in & get the receipt. Bathrooms need cleaning. Trash under cashier's counter. Simple, consistent cleaning methods would make it much, much more welcoming!
