Clean restroom and friendly staff This is a Shell Gas Station with a small convenience store called Summit. Standard items are inside but nothing extra ordinary No issues with the gas pumps. read more

The people in this store are very rude. I also purchased fuel 2times using the Upside app at this store and they DID NOT validate and give me cash back. I was supposed to get 32 cents per gallon back one time and 24 cents per gallon the next time. read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. This is the nastiest gas station I have ever been to and I travel a lot. Restrooms have flies and it looks as if the toilet, floors and sinks are not ever cleaned. DO NOT STOP HERE!!! read more

This was the most disgusting gas station I have ever seen. Not only was the entire store filthy, the ladies room had two stalls with BOTH toilets completely packed to the toilet seat with toilet paper and human waste. Neither had been flushed nor would they flush. The walls, floor, sink and everything in the bathroom was full of dirt, mold and rust. I cannot believe they had the door open and the bathroom functional. When I went to get a coffee the entire counter was filthy, nothing stocked and I could see black mold on the tips of the soda machine. I made the mistake of I just getting a cup of ice and was going to get a bottled drink and the ice that came out had black flakes in it. This entire facility is a health hazard. Shell should be ashamed of themselves for not inspecting this facility. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I went to take my 3 year old to use the restroom, and the bathrooms were so bad I had to hold him over the toilet to poop. There was poop on the floor no toilet paper in either stall. The floor was flooded with backed up sewage water and neither of the stalls locked I would have rather he used the bathroom outside. Disgusting 100% disgusting!!!!!!! My husband used the men's restroom and it was exactly the same. read more

I happened to stop here twice, once on my way up to my vacation spot, and once on the way home. There are enough pumps. Inside is clean and well lit. I felt the cashiers were nice enough. Things seem to have improved since the other reviews were written. I think everything was fine here. But, I do not live in the area, so I only base my opinion on my experiences as one passing through.

I have a Marathon credit card in good standing and usually use that as tender. It isn't as if I have no past association with Marathon and it hasn't been limited to this one location. About a week ago, I had my purchase rung up by the rudest woman I've ever encountered in all my life. She merely glared at me when I said, "Good morning." When my purchase didn't come up to $5, she tersely informed me that I would have to purchase something else or she would have to add a charge until the $5 threshold was reached. I'd had enough of her rudeness and told her to add a charge. I understand the practice but I certainly didn't understand the rudeness of the request. I've been in the business twice since and this woman's piss poor people skills remain the same. I've reached out to the home office twice and was told the complaint would be forwarded to the franchise owner. I have yet to be contacted by anyone on the local level and I'm pretty done with a place where someone receiving my patronage treats me like I'm a kid spending my allowance. The nasty acting old woman needs to go back to finish charm school.
