The Store Manager should be fired before she gets a reaction out of your customers. She's rude and very aggressive to customers. I asked her a question and she just stared at me. Rude to her employees. Which I have witnessed first hand on more than one occasion. Employees have told me they feel she is being racist towards them. No one has time for that going into 2024. Do not... I repeat... do NOT go to this Walgreens for the pharmacy. Horrible customer service. Left me waiting in the drive through with no cars in front of me for over 15 minutes. Although they were helping a customer, no one even bothered to acknowledge me. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, the lady yelled at me through the intercom. I ordered ink from this store. None of the other stores nearby had the ink for my computer in stock. Walgreen's had the ink and it was delivered in less than 2 hours. I was overjoyed. read more

This business.....is very unprofessional and ran like a mom and pop storefront rather than a national chain. I went in to pick up a prescription, and the pharmacy tech was very rude and seemed uneducated as to the role she plays and disrespectful to the customer i.e. me. Before even asking for my ID or if I had any insurance she asked as if she was in a barn if I wanted to know how much my medication cost because she definitely didn't want to tell me. Then she proceeded to yell that it was $150.00. Which is neither her business, If I can afford it, or the 5 or 6 customers who were in line behind me and heard her. After letting her know that I indeed did have insurance and would not be paying for the medication that the VA would she proceeds to say they cannot fill the prescription with my insurance. OK fine found another pharmacy within the VA preferred network and asked the pharmacist if she would phone it over. Sure she said. Waited three hours called back and my prescription stilled hasn't been sent. I called back after 3 hours and asked the tech if she could check and see because when she answered the phone she never even asked my name...just said no. I'm still here hours later without my medication. I wouldn't recommend buying cough drops from them. Take your business and your money somewhere else. read more

This pharmacy is nearly five miles farther from my house than another well known chain drug store, but I continue to use them because of the professionalism, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is especially nice to go when Regina is there, she is the nicest pharmacist and is so easy to talk to. I feel the same way about Tara too. The fill in pharmacists that come here to cover things while Regina is out are really not like her In very many ways. They seem to be less friendly And they always seem to have no sense of rush, read more

One of the best drug stores in town, but no minute clinic!

Horrible establishment, had a COVID Test appointment at 9:00. Took then 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was there, then finally left the store at 10:15 as they were the slowest workers in this side of the Mississippi River. This simple task should take no more than 10 minutes. Do not recommend coming here unless you like waiting around when you have things to do. read more

This Walgreens constantly change manufacturers. I had a bad experience with one manufacturer. There must be something in the med that I was allergic to. I explained this to the lady pharmacist who made a notation on my profile that I needed meds from a specific manufacturer and for several months everything was fine. Then, they gave me the same pills I was allergic to. When I called them to request they order the pills I could take, the male pharmacist told me that they filled the order correctly and I was responsible for checking the order before paying. Said I was costing them money. Will be switching pharmacies soon. I am in control of my health, not Walgreens. read more

I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy! Shorted on medication, don't have the medication because they didn't order it, TWICE, which cost me two co-pays because all she had was 10 pills, and I would need a new script from my Dr. to get the rest, ( which is also a nightmare ) and lastly, I was given someone else's medication. The older lady that runs the register moves at a snails pace and is rude!! I brought a prescription in through the drive through and told her I'd be waiting in the car, in the parking lot. She told me it would be an hour and a half to fill it. It was over 2 hrs when I finally drove back through and I asked what time it was done being processed. It did take an hour and a half, but I sat there for an extra 45 min. because someone didn't bother to send the text that it was ready. Every month there seems to be a problem with my prescriptions!! I have been a loyal Walgreens customer since 2005, but this Lagrange Ga Walgreens needs someone to come in and clean house. These issues I've had should never happen to anyone!! If it's happening to me, who else is getting this kind of service as well. I'm in the medical profession, and this kind of customer service would get you fired!! read more
