Additionally, I needed an unusual medication that is not stocked in any pharmacies in our area, and Adam's ordered what I needed quickly. Plus, they ordered enough to be able to supply the refills I would need periodically in the future. I think Adam's cares about working with customers in a way that chains may not. Once I was crying quite hard when I picked up a medication (I was providing end of life care to a terminally ill family member), and the woman working the counter asked me how I was doing, offered me tissues, and shared a similar heartbreaking experience she'd had.

When we were waiting for a woman with 10000 items in her cart to check out, someone opened up another line for us which was thoughtful. I have one of those CVS cards though always seem to leave it at home, but I've heard you can get some good deals by using them. The store also seems to be clean and organized. I've used the pharmacy years ago in the past at this location and didn't have any complaints, so as a CVS and drugstore, this one isn't bad.

I went with my same-sex partner, and employees were immediately kind and welcoming. While there was a lot displayed in a small space, it was quiet and arranged in a way where I could take my time and not get overwhelmed. The employees were very kind and helpful and made an experience that is usually overwhelming for me comfortable. Plus, I found some great clothing! A great experience all around.

I have been in the retail business long enough to see and recognize untrained employees. They treat you like dirt when you come in and aren't helpful. I see why Gap is having difficulty staying in business at least when you walk into their sister companies they speak and acknowledge you. Just great, local people supporting their community with great service. The one thing I'll note is they don't have any kind of notification system for when your medications are ready. I've had to take 2-3 trips a few times to get meds and now I have to call every time before I go and take up their time just to see if things are ready.

This store isn't bad the people who work there are nice but sometimes it takes long to actually get help because it's the only Sprint store in Auburn/Opelika area. When I went in to get my phone swapped the lady who attended me was very patient and friendly. It took like 25 minutes to get helped but every time I go they always fix whatever issue I go in for. They are very honest in relation to what service to get and is the most cost effective. For being the only Sprint store there it's not so bad. Been thinking about changing my service though because Sprint service sucks in this area.
