Strangely enough, I was NOT in a hurry so I pulled to the second position in the first line of the drive-thru to wait my turn. After a few minutes, the car in front of me pulled out (and I moved up to the window). I looked up and the car that had been in front of me, made a U-turn and pulled into the 2nd lane of the drive-thru. The attendant continued to help her before she addressed me and asked me to wait. I just don't get it. I'm not privileged and have no problem waiting my turn. What part of true customer service says, "We should install a timer for the drive-thru and force our customers to leave their place in line and go to the back of the line so we can APPEAR to be giving speedy service"??? Seriously??? Get rid of the stupid timers and just focus on helping your customers! Thank you! PS. Although it IS possible that the person forgot something and had to return to the window, it's highly unlikely and I say that from experience. They (and CVS) have both asked me to go to the back of the line "because there is someone behind you". I have complained in person since I got there first and it was my turn, but it does no good.....they are "on a timer and have to look good". Again.....SERIOUSLY???
