For a gas station off Mansell Road, for the most part higher income part of town, you would think that customer service would be top-tier. That is not the case here! Lady that's on oven has her headphones in and can't hear anything has an attitude and is annoyed that someone interrupted her listening session to ask her a question! This is by far one of the worst race trac's I've ever been to. Cashier is ready to go home. Zero customer service I regret even stopping here save yourself the trouble and go to Quiktrip. read more

I'm a fan of the Race Trac brand. Some people say they 2nd to QT but I don't think so. Each has their own strengths and weakness. For example I think RT's coffee is better than QT's and RT has almond milk options. QT has free air for your tires while RT charges you for it. RT's parking lot is a bit wider and larger so backing out and maneuvering around the place is a bit easier than QT. I could go on but the whole point is RT and QT are still miles ahead of everyone else in this space. Gas stations if you will remember were hit or miss and the restrooms...they were downright scary... Not here at RT. This particular location seems to always stay on top of cleanliness. Every time I'm here someone is mopping, cleaning and or wiping something...They keep their coffee station up to date and fresh...You can't go wrong coming here.... read more

Very inconsiderate and frustrating since 5 am in the morning now its 5:45 People are coming and going trying to get inside, but the doors are locked, hundreds of people in this busy Atlanta location store number 1180. RT doesn't even have the consideration to put a sign out letting customers know when they will be opening. I was there at 00:20 on march first and the guy who's pretending to work lock the door right after I pulled up to store. We knocked the door and he was front of us and he ignored us and kept talking on the phone. Either change the business hours or just don't hire lazy people. read more

Warning - small rant ahead. Use caution!! Hmmm....I'm beginning to think this place doesn't like money. I have been by this same station twice in 2 weeks and both times they were having pump issues. The first time they told people they were out of gas cause they could not get the pumps to work. Of course, the 14 cars out front had no idea so everyone is swiping their cards and nothing is happening. No signs letting people know...in fact the guy at the counter actually seemed perturbed by people walking in to inquire what was going on. So, we all left. Second visit, I swipe my card and wait. And wait and wait. The machine says "wait" so that's what I do. Again, they are having pump issues. Again, no signs or warnings. Again I go inside to inquire and the card scanners are not working now. The guy behind the counter does not care about the readers or the number of people coming in. No empathy, nothing. This is why I try to stick to just QT. I will give this place one more try but do yourself a favor and use the BP down the road. Or a damn QT. read more

Something is horribly wrong at this Racetrac on Mansell Road. I used to visit this store almost every day. For the last 5 visits they were out of half-and-half for coffee. I'm very particular about my coffee and if you don't have half-and-half, I'm not buying coffee or anything else. This morning, there was a worker there who was working the area replacing cups etc and I asked her if there was any half and half? She was talking on her cell phone to her girl friend and she gave me a disturbing look as if I was rude enough to even ask a question while she was gabbing on the phone. She answered: "I don't know sir !" Not a yes or no, just I don't know. That was it, that was the last straw. I will not be going back to that location ever again. I felt compelled to tell you about my horrible experiences with this location. I have had enough. The manager has no idea of the concept of customer service. I will have to go out of my way to get coffee now. Fortunately for me, it will not be long before a Quick Trip opens up across the street from this location. Gotta love cheap gas in the burbs. Was out here shopping and Race Trac is always great place to stop for gas. There were plenty of tanks ( I believe there were 20) and gas pumped quickly. No issues at the pump. Recommend as a place to gas up. read more

I stopped at the Mansell road location for gas. I 've noticed that they (Race Trac) have been running a promotion " buy a 20 oz Coca-Cola product or Medium fountain drink and get a slice of pizza for a dollar". It was dinner time (7:30 pm on 10/08/2018), so I thought I'd take advantage of promo. I grabbed a 20 oz Coca-Cola drink & a slice of Pizza. When I got to the cashier, she said the promotion was for ONLY fountain drinks. I said that's not what the promotional sign at the front door states. I went outside and made sure I read it correctly and sure enough in English it read as I stated. I went back in side waited in line again. Told the young lady....she looked at another young lady (cashier) and they both looked at me like I was crazy. The least either of them could have done was go look at the sign in front at the entrance door....but no they were too busy with their cell phones.
