I've been coming to this location for months, I didn't think I'd ever have to post something like this it feels petty but I was at the sink in the restroom when I saw an employee shirt slip behind me and out of the bathroom.... He was at the urinal. I take huge issue with putting people's health in danger, but come on man it takes 1 minute to wash. The fellow at the cashier said "he washes his hands when he comes back", yeah... but know that sink and the door have his jewels all over it. I wouldn't get any food for a bit. read more

Is it that difficult to keep printer paper at the pumps? They try to get you to go inside so you can wait.

Ok RaceTrac must have started hiring eyecandy because I was caught off guard by the clerk at 5 in the morning on a Sunday. And a huge surprise...the restroom was very clean and he just mopped it...so that's a plus. I of course have eyes for one guy but that dude used to be a exotic dancer or something. Breakfast was being put out already for the early birds and the cook was cooking!!! Al ot of the RaceTrac's have sticky floors and lock their customers outside or will post a "bathroom broken" sign to avoid cleaning. The gas was a bit pricey but it's nice. read more

I didn't used to be a Racetrack fan. QT always seemed to be cleaner, easier to get to etc. However, this location is newer with their newer business model of being all things to all people. Plus, it's convenient and on my way to the freeway on-ramp. Cheap gas, easy to get to and self-serve Frozen Yogurt! It all adds up to Yes. read more

For the most part, I'm a QT guy but this RaceTrac has won me over. Brand new and so many options for fresh ground coffee, a beer cave, frozen yogurt station and so much more to offer the customers who stop for fuel, bathrooms or just a refreshment. This location is on a corner that's experiencing rapid growth. It all started with WalMart, and there are two sandwich options and other businesses nearby as well. This, and the ease of access make this a nice RaceTrac location. I've primarily purchased gas, as they're consistently cheaper than nearby competition, but I've also made some in-store purchases as well. It seems like they almost read my mind on specials; I've purchased Monster energy drinks and Coca-Cola products, which were both on sale at the time I shopped. The gas pumps are clean and well lit, and the gas island area is clean and still feels new (which, it kind of is); hopefully, they will keep the area looking good. They also feature diesel fuel at this location as well as E-85 for the FlexFuel crowd, and both are competitively priced. read more

I haven't had any issues with this RaceTrac just off 75 at Exchange in Allen. It's a newer-built location and has plenty of gas pumps, so that I've never had to wait. Prices are in line with RaceTrac's low gas prices. Inside, they have a super cold walk-in beer fridge! Maybe pay a visit just to cool off from the 100+ degree Texas temps in the summer! They always have 12 packs of Dr. Pepper, which is the other reason we stop here often. The RaceTrac a little closer to my house is often out of Dr. Pepper, as if that's an option in Texas! read more

I am a great fan of Race Trac and I have been for many years. But the experience I have had with the Race Trac on Exchange and Highway 75 in the last month has left me not wanting to ever return to that facility if I can help it!!! I am considering moving all my business to Quick Chek. About three weeks ago I was traveling back home from visiting out of town family and realized me and my truck were running low on fuel and stopped at the Race Trac in Allen Texas. They offer so much service and hospitality with their free drink refill special, free WiFi, yogurt bar picnic tables out front and normally friendly staff. But that visit was cut short by my truck being surrounded by Allen Police Officers who informed me the employees were uncomfortable with me sitting there to long?!?! I am a Disabled Senior Citizen driving a new truck taking a break???? I thought it was just a misunderstanding and decided to call the store manager and let him know what a crazy experience I had at his store. When I spoke with the Manager he apologize and said he would check in to the matter and correct it. I forgot about until a couple of hours ago I was in the same Race Trac and a wrecker and a police car were there loading up a car in the parking lot. I still hadn't thought much of it until a heavy set blonde female employee came out in front of the store talking to another customer about how she had called the police on the lady for falling asleep in the parking lot! The young lady was speaking loudly and very Gleefully about how if you fall asleep in the parking lot she will call the police!!!! It is now my opinion that this Race Trac is what you would call an attractive nuisance. They draw you in with refreshments, free WiFi, and even picnic tables, you relax, refresh then they call the Police!!!! They have no signs telling you not to hang out there or "No Loitering" signs Displayed!!! Very Unprofessional bait and switch operation!!!Avoid This Race Track if you plan on relaxing for a few minutes!!!! read more
