They don't remove expired merchandise. I even brought them the box of Donut Stix from the shelf because they were all months past the expiration. When I went back a few days later they were back. I've seen milk, chips, and bread all still on the shelf after they've expired. read more

This location has been here for years and years, one of the early pioneers when McDermott west of US 75 was just a little, lonely two lane. For the most part, the store is always clean and well stocked, including the coffee (nothing worse than stale/burnt coffee, but it's good here). If there's a downside, it's one that many C-stores in the area share: They were built before the city of Allen went "moist" (allowing beer and wine sales, but no liquor), and thus had to be retrofitted to handle beer, which results in a lot less soft drink choices. Still, though, it's a convenient stop for gas or some sundries, and easy to get back on the road. read more

Staff is rude and never refill products. They never ever have iced coffee in the mornings. You'd think that's something you'd check since coffee is popular in the morning but no. I've been here 5 different occasions and it's always empty and When I bring it to their attention they just don't seem to care and are just plain rude about it. I've had other locations apologize and refill it for me but nope not this one. There are so many other 7- elevens within a mile from here, you'd think they'd be nice and stock product to ensure customers come to their location. read more

Never thought I'd leave a negative review but here we go. The clerk who I think is the owner/manager was incredibly racist to a customer in front of me. Then he yelled at everyone waiting in line and told me I had taken too much of his time and to leave. Which was a weird response because I hadn't said a word to him prior to that. I've never experienced anything like it. Not only will I never go back here I strongly suggest to anyone reading this to never do business here. read more

I used to go to this store a lot being I work within walking distance. I now refuse to go back again I'll make the longer drive to racetrack. Within the last couple months I've seen an older gentleman (cashier) go off on a few customers over petty stuff. Then just yesterday I walk in buy a few things to eat but I mainly just wanted a lotto checked and to get a new set of numbers. He responds with "no I'm too busy I don't have time to do lotto today, just go to the casino if your wanting to bet money" i refuse to go back to this store again. read more

I try to steer clear of this location now. Since visiting for the past 6 months they have had no receipt paper in any of their pumps outside. I get reimbursed for gas from my job and it is a hassle (especially if you are in a hurry) to run inside to get a receipt. The last time I voiced my concern, the attendant just stared at me and didn't even respond to my question. This is the fill station closest to my house, but I have started to make the longer trip to the Shell down the street considering the laziness and rudeness of the staff/owner. read more

Keep driving. Tried two pumps before going inside to ask if ANY of the pumps work. Was the only person in the store, but still took a while for someone to come and offer to help. They said that they knew one pump was broken, but that was a third one I hadn't tried. Guy working didn't seem to surprised, or concerned. read more

Thieves, liars, and cheats. Gatorade signs up for a sale long expired and when cashier rings up at the final sale price and gets asked about it, another employee goes and takes down the 3 week expired signs. Wonder how many people they ripped off on Gatorade. Then at a pump, pump runs up to $0.50 before I even get the nozzle to my vehicle, pumps $3.57 worth of gas, the pump stops, price shoots to $4.57 gal. I stop pumping and go inside to let them know something was wrong and it stolen $0.50. I was yelled at told I was a liar, and they have no control over the pumps and would not help me as he cannot leave the store. I needed additional information from the business later that day so went to get the license numbers for the AG Dept. Upon arrival at the store I was approached by the "Owners Brother" who stated he was there to represent the owner. This man started to become very irritated and irate with me when I started taking pictures if public required view licenses and started to yell at me for taking them. I asked him as the representative of the company at the time if he was willing to make this right and he got even angrier. Everyone knows that 7's are a rip of anyhow, but please avoid this store until they realize they are here because of their customers as well. read more

We went go get a simple money order and the cashier name 'mia' was very rude. He asked how much and if we are paying cash. We told him the amount of $110. And then he took our money and cashed us out and then he started wondering and went in their backroom. He then told us he can't because he doesn't have paper to print money order. We were sure he didn't wanted to print money orders in first place for whatever the reason might be. Not going to this 7-11 ever again, even though it's block away from my house. And lastly he never said "sorry". One of the worst customer service experienced we ever had. read more

This store use to be the place i always got gas and stopped at. I have never had a complaint about it until now. Last Friday i stopped in to get gas and decided to wash my car as well. I was in the car wash and it was just about done. The last brush was going around my car when i heard a pop. The brush had knocked off the corner of my bumper on my drivers side and then bent it back, causing a crack and for all the pins to come out. I then proceeded to talk to the manager of the store who i could not understand, and all he did was argue with me that my car had to be previously damaged, I told him to please check his cameras and video because i had just gotten gas and my car was not damaged. I filled out a report and they took pictures of my car. I was given a number to a man name John (no last name) and phone number for the regional safety guy and told he would be calling me later. I waited Friday, Saturday and Sunday with no call back. I call him on Monday and left a message for him to call me back. Still nothing by Wednesday so i decided to stop by the store.There was no manager on staff, so i left my name and number and when i needed a call back about. On Thursday almost a week later i get a call back from John stating they will not be paying for my bumper to get fixed they have spoken with their insurance adjuster and the manufacture of the car wash and there is no way my car was not previously damaged or missing screws. First they are not screws they are pins... So basically i was told I'm at fault for picking your car wash to drive through. I am really disappointed in 7 - Eleven and hope no one else will have this issue. read more
