RaceTrac is a solid stop for fuel and fast snacks. The locations are generally clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. The variety of food and drink options inside is impressive for a convenience store--everything from fresh coffee and pizza to roller grill classics. I really appreciate that they're open 24/7, which makes late-night stops easy and hassle-free. Staff are usually friendly and quick to help, though during peak times, lines can get a little long. Super clean pump area and connivence store. Easily accessible from 3 directions coming and going. Everything is fully stoked and well kept. Plenty of staff on duty. Grabbed a slice of pizza and a coffee. Coffee is fresh and so was the slice (around 11:30am). read more

It's so huge! Clean, great location, and they sell not only gas but everything a traveler would need. Oh, I forgot to see if they sell sewing kits or band-aid. They probably do? Have not stopped at any Race Track lately, so I was like, "Alice in Wonderland." I filled up my car with gas, resisted temptation, and didn't buy any flavored coffee or Krispy Kream doughnuts. Hot dogs and other snacks were tempting. Employees looked clean and were wearing uniforms. I'm sure they were friendly too. Clean enough place, convenient location and the pumps usually work. Stopped in a week ago for a sandwich on the way to work, turns out they were closed. All the lights were on only small printed off paper signs in the window blaming lack of staffing. Glad I drove there, stopped in, walked up to door in freezing cold weather for nothing. Next time some visible warning would be nice. I should have stopped at quiktrip. At least they show up to work. read more

5 stars. This may be the nicest gas station that I visit. Spacious, clean, generally pleasant. The staff is pleasant, polite and actually seem concerned about the business. Once, when I mentioned that the drink station was out of medium sized lids, an employee apologized and then immediately went to restock the lids. In most similar businesses if I mention something like lids for drinks being unavailable I would probably get the unimpressed "eye roll." I don't want to jinx myself but so far when I have pressed the button at the pump for a receipt, I get a printed receipt. At many places nearby, when I press the button for "yes" I want a receipt, the display shows "clerk has receipt." read more

I really like this location. The bathrooms are always clean, there's plenty of parking, cheapest gas in the area AND they have SWIRL frozen yogurt!!! Although I'm not a huge fan of current flavors.. They need a reboot. I always stop here after a day on the lake. read more

First, I would like to say that I am typically one to leave good reviews and not bad reviews. But this store is the most infuriating store to go into this I can think of anywhere within the tri-stated area. It says they're open 24 hours and that is not true. They close at random whenever they feel like it sometimes at 9:00 PM. Also, although this is one of the most clean gas stations I have ever been in... plus to be fair, it also has a lot of choices as far as food and drink go... But the staff is absolutely horrendous if you go during the day. The limited night staff, when they are open, is exceptionally helpful, professional, upbeat and pleasant to be around. But the daytime staff, at least the girls at the register, are horrific. They appear (to me) to have sooooo many better things to do than to provide customer service. Their attitude seems to suggest one is lucky just to be standing in their (exceptionally long) line. Haughty is the word that comes to mind. TWICE now, I have stood in line juggling a purse, kiddie snacks, kiddies themselves, drinks & God knows what else only to FINALLY make it to the register at which point I've been told (w/previously mentioned "tough $hit attitude") that they don't have change for a $50 bill once, & today, a $100 bill. THAT IS SOOOO FRUSTRATING. Through nail clicks and eye rolls I was told it was "shift change and we can't change anything over a $20 bill...NEXT!!". That seems ludicrous to me. If you're a giant retailer like this and you have people coming in at whatever hour of the day, it would SEEM to me that you should have change in your register for even a $100 bill. Now by NO MEANS am I an expert on convenience store register policy or protocol. I'm a nurse. But I do know that customer/client relations are CRITICAL to business of any type. It's all in the delivery & this girl acted like that $100 bill was going to leap out & give her a terminal illness (which these days I suppose isn't too far of a stretch...but I digress...). It was her "no apology, no suggestion, no nothing" attitude that really flew in my face. Maybe I'm just having a $hitty day today but it is my belief to always keep that in mind when interacting with customers/clients/patients/the guy in front of u in traffic...U never know what someone is going through & your attitude can make or break the impression you leave on that person & potentially improve or drastically diminish their state of mind. I try to remember that at all times, even in the most insignificant seeming interaction. So after all this venting I'll just say that not receiving the same treatment I'd extend to someone, from a store employee, can really blow. So tuck your shirt in ladies at the front, hide the cellphone, put a smile on your face & be kind. My day sucked too but extend grace to others the way I would assume you would appreciate it extended to yourself. I'll likely regret all this later. But just for today I'm not holding my people pleasing southern tongue. Can i get an "amen" from the congregation?!? Ugh. read more

Stopped here on our road trip to Nashville and I'm glad we did. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and they were fully stocked on everything (or at least everything I was looking for anyway). Other than that, it's nothing too special or different than your typical RaceTrac. You get gas, food, Swirl World and everything else you need. Oh, and their bathrooms were clean too, so YAY! :) read more

One of my favorite places to go in Acworth. Go figure. Why? Swirl world! This is one of the few Race Trac locations that actually gives out the punch card so you get your sixth treat free! YAY! As always, clean and great service. One of the guys actually ended up giving my friend a free drink because he thought he treated her disrespectfully. But he didn't. All he did was relax a little bit and use a little slang. What's up Ma'am? I guess he had a moment where he just wondered whether or not it would be offensive to her, as some people are very fickle. We are not and it was no problem. But he insisted, which made for a delightful surprise for her. That type of service goes a long way. Was in there just now. The lady clerk is very unfriendly. I informed her that there was no diet Pepsi in the fountain, all you get is a clear liquid. And she just snarled and said we don't have any diet anything. At the very least, you could hang up a sign so people dont waste their time and your cups trying to get something that ain't there! read more

Best racetrac in Georgia. Excellent staff, clean bathrooms and great beer (prices). Great food and a wide variety of drinks, bottled and fountain. A ton of different coffee/cafe options and a frozen yogurt area with a full toppings bar. But it's mostly the staff. Amazing staff. For real. read more
