On the actual service day, they came on time and filled most of the major cracks, and while it's not perfect, I am satisfied with their service. The parking lot of my office has had a seal coat applied almost every year but more and more cracks continue to appear. Every time I have had an estimate done, I specifically request they fill in the cracks, but all previous companies just randomly filled some cracks while leaving many significant cracks untended, so I am glad that Sealcoat Masters was able to fulfill this need.

I was in no rush. I think if you put a timeline on it they would accommodate it. My project was a small driveway and fence for our house, not a commercial project. I know they do both. They came out and the men who did the job were kind and respectful. We did have a problem during our experience, but were very pleased with how it was handled. We felt like this company took a great deal of pride with their work and how they treated their employees. It is a family business and a business run by a veteran. At the end of the day and when my project was completed I was really glad I went with premier paving and premier fencing.

First I had about 20 emails with Lily , the project manager and conveniently one of the owner's wife who absolutely blew me off on 2 Saturdays when she told me they would come. Then Efren, the other owner, came by my house twice , once just to look and he then came back while it was raining so he could see where the water wasn't draining properly. I was encouraged that they would stand behind their work. However now Efren lied to me because no one ever came even though I waited all day. Then Efren blocked my number so I couldn't talk to him anymore. They justified the whole thing by saying that I was being unreasonable. I ended up paying a different company 270$ to seal coat my driveway. There are bird baths all over my new driveway and they never repaired the part where there machine did some minor damage. I am sorry that I ever got involved with them in the first place. Up to you !!!!!!
