Did the cliche "My-Wife-Curbed-Our-New-Tesla" thing (why do those rims stick out so much?!) I decided to step up and take responsibility for the repair for a change instead of leaving all things auto to the husband. Was afraid of getting gouged as someone who has no frame of reference for this process and got quotes from multiple places. Rami was 1) Super responsive and communicative 2) Punctual 3) Quick and expert at the repair 4) The most competitive rate I also appreciated our brief friendly conversation. Got to respect his hustle. Would've ended up paying 50% more for the more polished responses at the larger company just for them to outsource the work. Glad I went this route. I learned my lesson and will be extra careful parallel parking in the treacherous streets of LA now. But when it's my husband's turn to learn how easy it is to curb this car, we'll 100% be calling Raad Auto. read more

My car's wheel got a curb rash last Sunday and I was so crazy looking for someone to fix it. I looked at Yelp and found Raad Auto to have good reviews. I called Rami on a Sunday and he picked up! I wanted it to be fixed right away and Rami offered Monday, but I can only do Tuesday. So he came on time with his little truck with all of his equipments and he worked on my curb rash for about 20minutes! I was so happy I could cry because there was no trace of curb rash. I have also asked other companies for quotes but chose Rami as he is doing mobile service which is very convenient. I think that his price was very reasonable as well. Thank you so much Rami! You are the best! read more

I got a new Tesla model Y performance and that very first day I damaged the back rim on a curb. The next day I damaged the other side. And then a third rim. A friend at Sunshield auto tint recommended Rami. I texted him photos. He quoted a price and came the next morning. He's super fast and his technique is flawless. My wheels look brand new. No wonder dealerships and body shops use him. He's an artist at restoring rims. I'm sure I'll need his services again and he's now my Go-to rim repair man. Thank you! read more

Hands down the best and will keep his number for the feature. He polished down the scratches. Thanks again! Best mobile service! read more

Raad Auto - Rami fixed both of our Tesla model Y and model 3 - Wheel & Rim Repair Near Me

Rami is so nice and friendly! Reached out to him about a curb rash. It was ez to schedule an appointment with him. I asked to push our scheduled appointment by an hour and he was very accommodating. He came on time and the repair was a breeze. I had a small curb rash and my driver rear side. Tbh, you would have never known that there was ever a curb rash unless I told you. I would highly recommend Rami! Price was fair. Not too cheap but not expensive. Don't let the lack of reviews discourage you from reaching out to him. We all gotta start somewhere. I have full confidence in him to get any curb rash repair done. If I ever get another curb rash again, I know exactly who to reach out to. Rami is the man! Update July 2020: I brought my Lexus to Rami and my guy did not disappoint. My dude came in with the clutch and fixed all four wheels. You LA locals are so lucky to have a guy like Rami in your area. Like I mentioned previously, he was on time and the repairs were looking spanking new. All I have to say is don't sleep on Rami. read more

Rami showed up 10 minutes early, was courteous and worked quickly. Having said that however what is most important is the quality of the work and the end result. As hard as I look at the wheel I can not even tell where the scratch was now, it looks exactly as if nothing ever happened. Thank you! read more

Rami was quick to respond. Timely and got the job done in less than 15 mins! Quality work and pricing beats everyone in the area!

Rami completely knocked it out of the PARK! I scratched the rim of my brand new car and knew my husband was gonna kill me if he saw it when he came home. I sent out a Request A Quote and Rami had responded so quick I could hardly believe it. He was in my driveway within the hour, and my gashed rim was back to new in less than 15 minutes! It's back to looking brand new and only cost me $75 -- and he came to me!!! Saved me money, time, and most importantly - a night with a frustrated husband! Thanks Rami!!!! We will probably see you again! read more

Like an idiot, I scraped two of my rims on the freeway. Was a little concerned about getting them fixed. Spoke with Rami at Raad auto and he assured me he could handle it. Better yet he offers a mobile service, so he came to me at my apartment. He showed up on time and finished exactly as predicted. Each rim took about half an hour. Super happy, have already recommended him to a friend. read more

Rami is a highly skilled professional who is also honest and fair, which is extremely rare these days. He takes pride in his work and doesn't try to rush through the job just to get paid. I'm an extremely picky perfectionist with OCD issues, and the results he produced were fantastic in my opinion. Keep in mind that in order to remove curb rash, the rim must be sanded down so it will never be back to "100%" as new, but Rami doesn't unnecessarily grind the wheel down excessively to the point where it's deformed or asymmetrical. I would say he pulls off a 95% like new result, which is much better than what most guys are able to do as I've experienced in the past. He also understands how to properly color match and blend to minimize the visible transitions between factory and reconditioned sections of the rims. If you want perfect rims that have no signs of reconditioning when examining them from two inches away, go buy new ones. However, if you're tired of seeing the curb rash every time you walk up to the car, Rami will definitely exceed all realistic expectations. Thanks Rami! I'll be saving your number and recommending you to everyone :) read more

Wow! What can I say. Rami (owner) was super accommodating in fixing my wheel. He offered to come out the Same day that I messaged him for a repair on a curbed wheel. He kept me informed as to when he'd show up and how much it would cost. Once he showed, he was all business. It took a little over 15 minutes. Looks just like new. The lack of reviews made me hesitate at first but, the price ($90) , work done, and flexibility won me over. He does great work. Will get repeat business from me. read more
