I'm disappointed with my experience so far. My case is still active, but communication has been very difficult. I've made multiple calls, sent texts, and emailed requesting updates, and I have not received responses. I understand cases take time, but keeping clients informed is important. Right now, the lack of communication has been frustrating and stressful. read more

Please do research . Do not pick these attorneys . I regret ever switching to them . Seem that they don't communicate with their client . That they keep the majority of the money for themselves . Absolutely don't care about customer experience. I have nothing but issues with these people . They should be ashamed they take advantage of people the way they do currently looking into somewhere I can switch too or somewhere I can complain something . read more

5/5 I had a great experience with RA & Associates handling my personal injury case. From the beginning, I felt informed and supported. Anahi, my case manager, was on top of everything -- always checking in, super responsive, and clear about what was needed from me. Anahi guided me through appointments and explained each step in a way that made sense. Once my case moved into the negotiation phase, Catalina stepped in and was just as great. Catalina worked hard to lower my medical bills and made sure I walked away with a settlement that actually helped. I appreciated the transparency and how easy the team made everything during a stressful time. If you're looking for a firm that communicates well and actually follows through, I'd definitely recommend RA & Associates. read more

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the handling of my case. There has been a persistent lack of communication, including promised calls and updates that were never delivered, and ignored emails and text messages. This situation has caused significant added stress, and I do not feel that I have been treated as a priority throughout this process. and they keep all the money its not worth dealing with this kind of bad service...... I need clarity and a full update on the current status of my case immediately. Please advise on the steps that will be taken to improve communication going forward. Sincerely, Yesenia Santana read more

They are scammers . Charlatans . I have an accident and according to them it was only worth $25,000 you know how much I got out of it ? 5,000 they kept the $20,000 I was the one that was injured I was the one that had to go to the doctor and yet they paid themselves first . And they took half of the money stay away from these grifters and one more thing their customer service sucks read more

This is my second time choosing RA & Associates as my representation for a car accident. They were so great to work with last time, I knew who to call this time. I know everyone gets busy, so I myself forget to check in from time to time, but Meri and her team always reach out to me make sure everything is okay. They do everything they can do make sure you receive compensation and they are really kind, and very caring. I would recommend going with them if you've been in an accident. read more

update!!! still the worst law firm i've ever heard of... do not seek services through them... you'll regret ever coming in contact with them... they find you when you're doing bad and leave you feeling worst then before... they do not do their research they send you to multiple appts without even knowing if the other person's insurance is active and then you are responsible for the bills... no help or call backs once they drop you as a client... very unprofessional... read more

They are the worst! Was in a car accident 2 years ago. Car was totaled..I tried calling Triple AAA and the call was intercepted by RA associates. Was tricked into signing documents thru text..They hardly communicate with you..They sent me to doctors, they recommended surgery, but stopped all medical appointments because they knew they wouldn't get paid as much. The attorneys pocketed 11,000, while I only received 3995. They don't care about you.Im the one that got injured and took a loss, but yet they're the ones that profited off me. Total scam. Please do not give them any business. I'm reporting them to the BBB. read more

Do not take your case to them they have hidden fees and try to force you to go to all these appointments and take most of the money, when you ask questions they become very defensive!! read more

I was attempting to call the insurance company of the person that rear ended me and ended up on the phone with them. Initially, i felt like they were on it and had my best interest at heart. I was wrong. They give you a number to text if you have questions, it's takes forever, if ever for someone to respond. My accident was 9 months ago and i hired them almost immediately after the accident. I still have not gotten paid. They had me racking up medical bills all over town. I called them halfway into this and told them i wasn't comfortable seeing all these providers because the insurance of the person who hit me was so low. They told me not to worry about it because and i quote "they will negotiate the services down to almost nothing". Now here we are a month after the insurance company cut the check and they are telling me about all these providers and liens i have and how the money is dwindling. My case manager Renita has been non existent. I have gone through like 4 property managers in the time that i have been working with them. When i noticed how bad their turnover rate was i knew it was sketchy. It took like 6 months to get the money for my car because they kept losing people. Now, im working with someone in the lien office, her name is Sabrina and of course they save her till the end because she's the worst of them all. She is the final boss of BULLSH*T. She doesn't answer the phone, she's unprofessional, snarky, slow and her customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favor and go to a locally owned, small, independent firm/lawyer. These people have prescription medications showing up to my home that i don't know what they are or what they are for but i have to pay for them. Waste of my time and money. I think I'm going to have to call that firm that's funded by uber that are suing all these scam, large law firms. I could have gone to the hospital on my insurance, got my own records and not had to pay any medical back. Please be aware and learn from my mistake. read more

Clients do not get talked to in weeks once a case is taken on and in a certain category . If the case manager is a "supervisor" good luck ever getting a hold of them and know that you will always get the run around and the risk of a provider calling you for a bill is high! The negative reviews are correct and the good ones are from prior management and business has gone down hill. Prepare to speak to a new case manager every month too read more

I was T-bone by another car in a car accident I contact RA and associates and they help me out with the insurance companies, got me the right medical treatment, Cindy and Rubina help me out a lot they facilitate any stressful moment kept me updated and posted with any changes. Had an amazing experience with this firm. After my car accident, they handled everything and were able to get me great care & the highest amount of $$. 100% recommend! read more

The staff and attorneys here are great & so professional. I was recently in an accident and a friend recommended this firm, and I'm so glad I found them. They helped me from A-Z! My car, getting it fixed, they got me a rental. Helped me find a shop to fix my car. Arranged all of it for me and I'm so glad cuz I don't know anything about getting cars fixed and where I have to take it. Maggie was wonderful. She helped me with all of my pain and injuries. At the end I got the treatment I needed and best part of all is the compensation. I never thought I would be able to get this much money for an accident (now makes me wonder about past accidents lol). But I'm happy I found this firm, bc whoever I spoke to really cared about my case. Definitely would recommend this firm for your accident. read more

UPDATE: I also want to point out that these people are money hungry and liars! We just got a word from the chiropractor that they told him my mother was the cause of the accident and it was her fault when in truth we were on the main road when another car coming from a neighborhood had hit us without looking! If this was the case why not tell my mother the truth if it was her fault!? In their email to her they didn't disclose any information or details as to why they dropped us and they just wouldn't move forward with our case, but you want to tell the chiropractor that it was my mother that was the cause? How dare you lie, shame on you people! Karma will definitely bite yall in the ass. read more

The level of disregard is unfathomable . It's law firms like these that persuades people to represent themselves . I'm not sure who they're actually working for I've asked for my records to be transferred to my new attorney it has yet to happen read more

I retained their services last year, they sent me to so many dr.'s with the hope of demanding excessive fees from the opposing insurance company. Without doing proper due diligence on the case they continued to send me to dr.'s and rack up bills upwards of 40k. They then terminated my represenation and sent me ALL the bills. They are a boiler room of demand letters with no concern of their client. DO NOT USE THEM!! read more

They are all friendly until they close the case. The Attorney somehow ends up making more money than the customer -.- so unfair. Us customers go through an entire process and they still make more than us. I had a previous settlement where the money was split in 3 ways but here no, they make sure to take more for themselves. read more

This business is a scam they act like their there to help you in the beginning but then after the first couple of times of talking to someone all of a sudden the attorney goes ghost on you and don't even bother returning your calls or anything and just leaves you hanging not keeping you update with what's going on with your claim I'm never ever going to recommend anyone using this business if you ever need a regarding any vehicle accident Find a business that is legit and is in your area not a attorney that doesn't even have an actual have an office like how are you suppose to run a business without an actual office. read more

RA represented me for a car accident I was involved in several months ago. They handled my entire case from start to finish and in no time my vehicle was fixed. They made what could have been a "headache", seem so effortless and easy. RA followed up with me consistently, informed me of case status, and walked me through the process until a settlement was reached. Most importantly, the provided me with the best medical treatment I could have received due to the injuries. Its been a few months and I have no felt any pain. Thank you RA for all you have done for me. These are the kind of individuals you want advocating for you. THANK YOU RA! read more

During my car accident, I googled my car insurance phone number but came up with their number. They took advantage of my mental state by getting me to sign a contract that I was in no mental state to sign. At first, I was promised they would set me up with chiropractors and pain management but every company they referred me to somehow could never get ahold of me when my line was always available. I was constantly playing phone tag and waiting for updates on when I would hear from the companies my case manager promised she spoke to for me but never came through. almost 3 months later and they dropped me as a client for refusing treatment (which I have proof of asking for over and over again) and now they refuse to remove the lien on my settlement. read more

100% Satisfied client! I just closed out my car accident claim with RA & Associates and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were able to hit the ground running as soon as I called in. They took care of filing the claim and were able to schedule me in to see a Dr. immediately. They kept me updated and were ready and available whenever I had questions. The treatment I received helped with my pain and I was able to get a much higher settlement than anticipated. I would highly recommend giving RA & Associates a call if you need a Personal Injury attorney. They are thorough, efficient, and have an excellent and hard working staff. read more

I am uncertain as to where I should begin. From beginning to end this law firm has been nothing but a nuisance. From my knowledge the law firm you choose to work for you should actually work for you not against you. I waited 3 years for a settlement I had doctor visits MRIs and so much other important things going on and this office said they would fight for me I had proof of all of my medical conditions. I have not been the same since I have been in my accident 3 years ago. I was hit from behind while at a stop sign I was transported by ambulance and I have been suffering ever since and now today the assistant calls ne and tells me my settlement award is $700 when I signed paperwork stating it would be an unfair amount of $25,000 because ethe attorney just wanted to wrap up my case and get it off of his desk. My life hasn't been the same since my accident I can't work full time I live in pain daily I have so much loss wages and I'm in debt since my life has drastically changed since the accident. And today I receive a call stating I am awarded $700 thank you for a job poorly done RA and Associates! If I could double zero the stars I would and I will contact the better business bureau. read more

I never knew the importance of being represented until my accident. My car was a total loss and had it not been for Romel, the insurance company would have tried to lowball me $4k. I want to thank my Attorney Any and her Paralegal Liz for all their hard work and professionalism with my real estate case. A big special thank you to Paul who assisted me with all the paperwork the bank was requesting, he is a true pro and knows his stuff. I hired RA for a PI matter that I was attempting to handle on my own. The process was becoming stressful and after spending some time searching, I found RA. The entire team is quick and extremely responsive to all calls/emails. Attorney Romel gave me realistic expectations and possible outcomes for my PI claim. From the very beginning, I could tell that Romel was truly concerned about my injuries. Romel and the entire RA staff are passionate and most importantly, they are knowledgeable at what they do. I'm still waiting on my claim to settle but RA has already exceeded all expectations and I couldn't be happier with the entire team! read more

I was in a car accident recently and a friend referred me to Al Nazaryan and his office in Glendale. His experience in injury law was evident from our first sit down. I got into my first ever car accident last month. Wasn't sure of the steps to take after I got hit, but figured I'd call a lawyer to be safe. RA handled my PI claim from start to finish with 0 hiccups. It seemed like a minor injury that then turned into medical costs for me. Without their representation I would have had to pay out of pocket and been in major debt. You never know what these accidents can turn into and it's good to have someone on your side. read more

The litigation process is long and painful. I expected the case against my bank to go on literally for years, and then I was afraid I would end up with nothing anyway. Thanks to Romel, I wasn't alone in this process. He introduced me to his legal team and they were so responsive to my emails and answered all my questions through this ordeal. We had to resubmit documents over and over again but they were so patient with me. They handle the loan modification for FREE. He had to take some tough action to get a resolution, but here I am with my house back! I would recommend him 10 times over if your having any trouble with your lender.
