I am having the same problem; no return calls. Communication? I have caught a lucky break a couple of times. Only spoken to one woman who was rude; Crystal & Pauline are good and the man forgot his name who helped me with deposition was good too. Guess review from Larry must have had a million dollar case to be treated so well. Guess mine is chump change as had a hearing schedule; team member called didn't make much sense and ended with "he will get back to me before hearing". They took out from my work injury of some of my body parts party's that were injured .They don't answer the phone and don't really care .

I'm not sure whats going on with these guys,it's impossible to get through on the phone,the lawyers are constantly being replaced or quit. When you actually get through the receptionist are extremely rude. I honestly think it's because I refuse to quit my job that they have stoped answering me. The last time I wrote a negative review they reached out immediately to talk me into erasing it. I settled my case under stipulation but its still open, I am in pain and can't get treatment 3years now and I feel like they have stopped fighting for me. read more

Just when I think it can't get any worse from this company, it does. I gave them a specific address to where to send a settlement check and for some reason they sent it to the wrong address. I've been dealing with Ruben and he's constantly condescending even when he sends a message through email. Getting a response from this company is like trying to pull teeth. When they finally respond they don't even match up with the questions that I'm asking. And then I immediately respond back. And wait and wait and wait for them to respond, and then again when I do get a response they don't communicate with one another and answer me in a condescending way. They always sound so frustrated to talk to a client. I spoke with Paulina this morning and she finally understood what I was trying to tell her. But then I get an email later from Ruben who completely goes through the same thing I went through before I spoke with Paulina, it tells me that she did not communicate with him what we spoke about over the phone. Apparently they can't communicate with one another they can't communicate with the insurance company correctly, they can't communicate with me. I don't know what's worse for him to call me and speak with me directly so I can hear him being condescending and belittling, or have him email me with stuff that doesn't make sense read more

I got into a car accident October 2021 and a friend referred me to Nordanyanlaw , they took care of everything and sent me to a chiropractor right after i was injured. They are so helpful and patient, answering even the dumbest questions I have. Not only are they super knowledgeable and friendly, but they call me to remind me about my doctor appointments more efficiently than the doctor's office! They make sure to book me with the best doctors and ensure I get the best treatment. I was upset with one doctor I was sent to (refer to reviews on my profile), and the staff was so bothered that I didnt like it, so they booked me with another asap. DO NOT TAKE YOUR INJURY CASES TO THIS OFFICE. Had an aunt who had an accident a few years back and they let the statute expire. They had to pay my aunt some money so she wouldn't file a complaint with the Bar but after speaking to a friend of ours who is an attorney recently, they let us know she could've received much more if they had done their jobs correctly. Very incompetent, save yourself the trouble and find another attorney. read more
