Cut to 25 years later and a whole lifetime has gone by since I've been through this building. But here I am, attending the installation dinner for the local fire department. Talk about full circle moments. This past weekend we celebrated my brother in law being the Chief of his local fire department. I really couldn't be more proud of him. He is the one that coordinated most of the party and did a stellar job. It was nice to see the place had a facelift since I worked here as a teen. The food was delicious as we had a cocktail style menu for the entirety of the evening. My favorite was the mini burgers. A lovely evening was had by all.
