It was February and in between torrential down pours Steve came out and did a thorough walk through with me outlining all of the work he saw needed. The conscientiousness impressed me and their rate was reasonable and a crew was able to get started the following week to prep and then paint. I wanted the identical colors and they did a great job. I give TEX Painting my highest recommendation. I happened to meet Patrick Ward, the project manager…read morefor TEX Painting, while I was at Sherwin-Williams getting a paint sample. We talked for a while, and I asked him to come out and give me an estimate. I'm very glad I did. Patrick's price was very fair and competitive, but what really impressed me was how much he was able to include in the project. I needed new cedar shutters made for the house, and Patrick happened to have a painter on his team who also did that work. He was also able to point out several areas that needed attention that I hadn't even considered. He painted the black wrought-iron railings on my patio as well, which really helped complete the project. The preparation was excellent. They pressure-washed the entire house, including all of the brick and stone surfaces, and took great care to properly prepare everything before painting. The entire job was completed in just two days--the first day was devoted primarily to preparation, with the painting completed on the second day. The crew was excellent: friendly, professional, clean, and respectful of my property. They cleaned up at the end of each day and communicated very well throughout the project. Whenever I had a question or wanted to point something out, they were always happy to listen and respond. One thing that particularly exceeded my expectations was Patrick's patience and flexibility. After signing the contract, I changed my mind several times about the start date. Patrick was extremely accommodating and worked with me without any frustration until we found a date that worked for both of us. The finished house looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial estimate through the final cleanup, TEX Painting delivered excellent service and quality workmanship. I would absolutely hire TEX Painting again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, dependable, and fairly priced painting company.
