Victor and his team are AWESOME!…read more We have an older home in Central Phoenix (1957), we were doing updates on. I had received 3 quotes, Victor's being the last, and I only wish I had know about these guys before I spent thousands of dollars with less professional and reliable contractors. Prices are very reasonable. They were professional, reliable and very knowledgable about my electric as well as the new duct work that they installed. Talking to both Victor and his worker, they are nice guys, wanting to do an honest days work for an honest days pay. I did read all the reviews including the one negative, and I would not give it much clout. As someone who used to work for an HVAC/Plumbing company, there is always going to be a few no matter how hard you try that want to back out of their obligation. I have worked with hundreds of contractors through the years, both personally and professionally and Hope is legit. Do yourself a favor and use these guys you will not be disappointed. I know they will be the first company I call for any future renovations or projects.

That is where I met Scott at Property Impressions. Scott responded quickly, asking for some details and a few more pics. He then asked if it would be ok to visit that day to see the project firsthand. He was polite and professional. Scott listened to my concerns, then gave a full rundown of how the work would go if we hired him. My wife and I talked for 10 min and txt that we would like to hire. The experience matches the quality of work shown by the pictures. Scott and his team were punctual, arriving within the agreed time window. The friendliness, courtesy, clear communication, attention to quality, and after-job few minutes to see if we had questions made for a great experience. We have already decided Property Impressions is a rehire if we need more work done and will recommend him to others.

I was looking for someone to close up my exterior window, which included removing the window and…read moreadding stucco, insulation, framing, drywall, and paint. I used Yelp Projects to find someone to come out and get a quote. While I was focused on companies who already had stars in Yelp. Yelp sent the quote to other companies that might be able to help. I had several companies come out and give me a quote on the window. But when I went to get something scheduled some of those companies with stars did not respond and some were way overpriced. I was a little hesitant to utilize a company without stars on Yelp, but Yelp had a guarantee that convinced me to take a chance on this company. Jose came out and worked on the window. Some key things that stood out to me. He made sure he communicated. He showed up on time, he cleaned up each day to ensure no hazards every day. On the last day, he had finished painting the wall when he noticed that there was still a slight indention in the wall where the window was. He then went back over it once again with spackle and paint and now it looks like there was no window there. He mentioned that I was his first Yelp customer so I thought I would give him his first Yelp review.

He was charging by the hour, and taking advantage of that fact. After two hours of spending too much time outdoors when the job was indoors, he had accomplished nothing. What he did accomplish was filling nail holes with caulking!! Well, Stephen and one of his employees showed up and WOWED us from start to finish!!! My husband was home and too was very impressed with the quality of work, the speed of the work, the obvioius pride of workmanship AND the price!!! I called Stephen and asked him for a quote for paiting double doors. He quoted me a very fair price and even offered to come over quicker than I expected. When he arrived, he saw it was a bigger job than he had realized as the double doors had never been painted and the previous guy used caulking all over like a kid with finger paints!! I didn't know how hard it was to sand down until these guys explained...and it made sense!! We also asked about another small drywaill repair. Stephen went out of his way to get a small piece of drywall and he rushed back and fixed it. He also took a sample of the paint and dropped it off at Dunn Edwards who matched up the paint almost perfectly!! These guys were so amazing!! Don't bother calling the "other guys" with lots of good reviews!! I'm wondering how many are fake now!! Apparently Stephen has been in business for a while as he has Olive Garden's account all the way to Yuma!!! I'm shocked they weren't rated before me!!

I was very clear about the fact that I needed completion prior - which gave him 2 weeks to complete things. He assured me that it would be completed in time. We paid him for materials and 1/2 labor up front and would pay the remaining labor upon completion. We arranged for him to have access to the home to do the work. I checked in multiple times to make sure he was on track and we were reassured each time - even the day prior to our arrival. We arrive to the home after a long 12 hour drive to find the work was not even 1/2 completed. When we confronted him he didn't have any answers- finally told us that he should have communicated better. He also did not have the materials for the project (we were putting in French doors) - there were no doors and when we asked where they were he told us he didn't have them nor did he have the money to buy them. He had not even started the project of framing for the French doors. He spent the money we paid for materials "cash flow problem in his words". He asked to make it right and committed to bringing some help the next morning and would have to job finished by the weekend - no surprise- he didn't show back up and did not contact us. I had to contact with another company in order to have the job completed. I would highly suggest that you do not hire.
