Of the contractors I interviewed, Danny seemed the most honest and ethical. He was competitive on pricing and was willing to work with our modest budget. After seeing some of his previous work, I knew he could deliver on what we were asking him to do. Timeline, we honestly expected things to be delayed at every step, just given that this was during the tail end of the initial COVID shutdowns, supply chain issues, and, let's be honest, this is what many of us have come to expect from contractors. But all things considered, the milestones were most often met on time and the end product was delivered within the time frame proposed. To be expected, we had some disagreements and concerns along the way. What impresses me most was that Danny and his team were always quite responsive and in the end, our needs and desires always came first. Finally, in my mind, a job complete is only complete if the service that follows the delivery of the product is top notch. Danny and his team completes jobs. We had some minor issues in the year following the initial build. But Danny was always on top of it and despite being incredibly busy, found time to send his guys our way to take care of these issues promptly. Also, would like to recognize Jose, who was just the most sincere and hardest working of Danny's guys. Just a good guy; one of those guys that can't do any wrong. We were big fans. Honest, ethical, responsive, and fairly priced. And good guys, to boot. What more could you ask for in a contractor and his team? Thanks all for a job well done.

All of which I had been pleased with both pricing and quality. However, recently things went completely off the rails. The project started bad and ended awful. I got a call the day before the start saying we'd have a few days delay. Ok fine. I got a call later saying somebody would show up tomorrow. No one did. I got a call the next day saying they'd be there tomorrow. This time a guy showed up, said he needed to get some supplies, and never came back! Finally a guy came and tiled the shower and floors. Progress. Next, a crew came to do install the vanity. They left and never came back. Literally no one has come back to my house. And to make matters worse, Danny has completely ghosted me! Will not return my text. Will not return my calls. He was Johnny quick when it was time to collect the deposit. And now, nothing. It's bad enough that he took my money and left me high and dry. Our project was delayed months. When I finally scrambled to get a different contractor we found issues wrong with our cabinets. That's not their fault but given the delays we missed our return window. That's at least a couple more thousand dollars this company cost me. It has been an extremely frustrating experience apart from the money lost. We signed a contract. Never trust a company that doesn't honor it's own paperwork.

Also, they were able to start almost immediately which made the choice even clearer. The team worked efficiently over the course of a few days to complete the paint job, then the flooring. I'm not sure what kind of person would do this I'm not sure if he's a scammer or what his issue is I've never had any interaction with this guy previously he just assured me he was coming he was coming it took from 11:00 I'm writing this review at 4:00 p.m. He still has not showed up but every time I call him he assures me he's coming I could literally can drive to Tucson and back within the time I've waited for this guy. He became immediately rude and threatening (see other reviews here) and was cursing, calling names, etc... in a manner that was actually frightening. About 45 minutes later, he exited the building while I was in the lobby with our maintenance engineer and front desk concierge. If you watch this security camera video/audio, you'll know exactly how this person operates as a human being, towards other human beings. Note how he gestures to our maintenance engineer to move and just yells "MOVE!", not even saying "excuse me"... then all three of us said "Have a Nice Day" at the same time, in the same manner, not being sarcastic whatsoever. I believe in taking the high road, no matter what other people try to do to me because I'm a minority...
