I set an appointment two weeks out to get an estimate on interior painting/drywall repair. It would have been a decent size job. I got a notification on Yelp from Keith that his Saturday freed up & we could do it that weekend rather than next & I said sure!! After being two hours late for the appointment, I asked if they were still coming & he said his guy was running late, but would be there shortly. No one ever showed/called. Bummer! read more

Lack of communication is the key here. I set up a time for the work to be done. Time came and went which was 7am. Tried to shoot a text, no answer. Sent a few emails and finally get a response that schedule got messed up... Fair enough he then said 1:30 to 2 he will be there... So 4pm comes along and dude finally shows up and acts like he has no idea what he is doing . He then take a look says oh I don't have the stuff I need for this. We agree on 8am this morning. Sure enough he doesn't show up. Called 2 times with no answer and multiple emails with no response. It is what it is I guess I just don't understand the level unprofessional that this whole experience has been. Fair enough , I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

I am remodeling a bathroom and dressing room and opened the drywall for electrical and plumbing revisions. I posted on Yelp and Keith responded that same morning with a quote. It was obvious talking with him that he was qualified and his quote seemed very reasonable. Keith got all the tape and mud done in one day and Josh came in the next day and put down a skim coat and did a remarkably fine job with the texture. I had popcorn ceiling texture removed and had it retexture to match the existing finish. The work was done well with competitive prices and the areas were very neat and clean throughout the process. I was surprised to find some areas touched up where I had attempted to patch them and he went over the area with professional texture which was above and beyond what I was quoted. I guess read the reviews, people. Another No Call/No Show. Booked Keith's team for a 7am arrival today to do a 1 day job, only to not see anyone. Multiple calls (VM full), emails, text messages, and Yelp messages later, and zero response. He seemed responsive through the bid process, but then cannot even answer the phone on the day he agreed to do the work? If there was some emergency I'd understand, but a quick text or email is all I'm asking for. Kind of leaving this review in the hopes that he will see it, remember he agreed to do this job, and swing by and get it done. Will update if so. Update - Keith did contact me today roughly 5 hours after our agreed-upon time and rescheduled for Saturday. He was involved in a car accident. Will update again if/when he completes the job. Final update - Today is Saturday, he showed up on time and completed the work. He was flexible, easy to work with, and I'm happy with the end result. In the end, communication could be better, however overall, they did a good job at a fair price. read more

The drywall work they did was fine, but everything else has been a nightmare. Requested a quote on 8/6 and got a quick response. I exchanged a few emails with Keith and provided photos, measurements, and an outline of the work. By Monday 8/8 I had received a quoted price which I thought was fair, agreed to move forward, and Keith advised that he had availability to start that week. No response regarding a start date so I followed up on Mon 8/9. No response. Reached out again on Tues 8/10 and was told they would start at 8 AM on Mon 8/16. Cool. Good to go. 8/16, 9 AM - no one has come. I call to make sure that I was in fact still on the schedule. No one answers. I leave a vm. 8/16, 10 AM - Keith and his helper arrive to start work. 8/16, 6 PM - I check in on the progress that they had made. Ceiling has been demo'd and one piece of drywall hung. They had moved all of the furniture that was on our patio into our yard to keep them from getting covered with drywall dust and debris. Had I known that the items needed to be moved I would have done that myself prior to their arrival (I had assumed that they would just cover them with plastic) but no biggie. One of the items was a sort of cheap hutch that we use for storing pool floats and a couple of miscellaneous items and it had been moved with everything still inside of it and placed half on our grass and half on our landscape rocks. It was now leaning to one side and the backing has come off. It was a cheap piece of furniture, no biggie. I'm starting to have a bad feeling about this. 8/17, No Keith. No call, no email. That night it rains. All of the furniture that is in our yard is soaking wet. I move all of the furniture back. 8/18, No Keith. Called, left vm, no response. 8/19, No Keith. No call, no email. 8/20, No Keith. No call, no email. 8/23, I reached out to via email (it is the only way he responds) demanding to know what is going on. I get a response within 10 minutes. He says that there is no excuse for the lack of communication, that his wife had needed an emergency surgery, and that they could be back at 8 AM the next day to resume work and that everything would be wrapped up within a few days with no gaps. I responded that obviously family comes first and that I just need to be kept in the loop (I have a painter waiting to paint my house pending this work). They did arrive the next morning (although around 9 AM) and resumed work. 8/27, Keith advises that he is ready to do a final walkthrough at 7 AM the following morning. I confirmed that this would work. 8/28, To his credit, I did receive an email from Keith at 6:37 AM stating that he was running late and that he would be arriving closer to 8 AM. By 9 AM, no Keith. I have a prior commitment and have to leave. The Mrs. will have to handle the walkthrough. Keith arrives after 11 and was unable to complete the light installation because the wires which had been tucked into the ceiling were too far back for him to reach. He says he will need to come back the following day with his helper. 8/29 comes and goes, we do not hear from Keith. 8/30, (Monday morning) I'm on a conference call and my doorbell rings. Keith is here to finish up. What a nice surprise. I kennel my dogs and leave the meeting early. 8/30, I pay the agreed upon price and ask how all of the construction material in the Waste Management thing in my side yard will be disposed of. I'm told that Keith has arranged for a WM truck to come by that week and haul it off. He points out that one of my neighbors has a similar bag in their yard and states that they should be by within a few days. He then states that he would be back later that day to pick up his equipment (a scaffold, and a couple of other items). I said that this would be fine. Keith doesn't come back that day for his equipment. At this point I'm ready to just throw it out by the sidewalk but I don't. The following day (it may have even been two days later, I don't recall), Keith came by to retrieve his equipment. Again unexpectedly during the work day. The hutch I referenced earlier is trashed. We simply take everything off of it, dismantle it, and put it out for bulk trash. That week goes by and no one comes for the construction debris. I have to travel for most of September. No one calls, no one comes. 9/22, I email asking if he has any idea why this is still sitting in my yard. I get a quick response. He is so sorry, he called Waste Management when they finished the job and he will call them again right then. I reach back out to Keith on 9/24 for an update. No response. 10/16, debris is still sitting in my side yard. My dogs are eating it and dragging it into my house and yard. Thanks Keith. I guess I'll just go ahead and pay to have all of this stuff hauled away nearly two months after the job was completed and paid for. Buyer beware. Just. Not. Reliable. read more

Great service, quality, response and price!!! These guys were great! They completed the job the next day for a very reasonable price! I had 3 different repairs needed. 2 holes and a ceiling where tape was peeling due to water damage. These guys replaced the sheet rock where needed, repaired the seems and textured matching the existing texture perfectly! The patio ceiling was a completely different texture than the inside ceiling but the still matched both of them perfectly! Once I repainted I can't even tell where the repairs are!
