She kept disappearing into a backroom to check her facts with a manager. When I asked to see someone more senior, I was told she was 'very busy' though the supervisor eventually condescended to come out and speak to me. On arriving home I spoke to someone at head office who was much more knowledgeable, helpful and polite and thought they could solve the problem. Where do they find these people to run their shops? I've had much better experiences at 02 shops in central London. I was left with an impression of two bored shop assistants counting the minutes until they could go home for the weekend. Very poor.
