good deals, but at the end of the day shocking customer service. Bought a samsung jet, and it's screen had some liquid underneath it. I went in 2 days after i bought it and the woman was like its no big deal, its just something under the screen, and I could pay £20 for a new screen. I tried explaining to her, that it was not my fault, hence they should replace it or at least find a replacement. After 20mins explaining it to her, while she was continuosly going off to sell to other customers. She got the manager (Steve Cole) in, and he took the phone into the back and came back 5mins later saying the phone has water damage specifically just in the headphone jack, so therefore its warranty is void. I could'nt believe it, the phone had been used for 2 days and he was accusing me of water damage specifically in the headphone jack. And he would'nt even explain to me how he checked for the water damage. Whats more, he just walked off when I was talking to him, is this behaviour of a store manager, Steve Cole? Luckily I went to a store somewhere else, and they were alot more understanding, and managed to sort it out. However, still, the treatment from the store in Churchill Square was awful, and I am very unimpressed. In all CP might have some good deals, but at the end of the day they are a sales focused team, who as soon as you've paid don't give a dam about you. read more
