Very good prices on a diversity of platforms (Xbox 360, PC, DS and PS2+3 games, DVDs) as well as gaming consoles. However, I only give CeX four stars due to the saying If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys, which seems to be true in this case.
I bought two DVDs; individually they were £4 and £6, totalling up to £10. I handed the woman serving me a £20 note, to which she gave me my receipt and wandered off to check on stock. I stood their puzzled with seemingly nothing in return. I checked my wallet incase I'd stupidly forgotten she'd just given me my £10 change, but nothing was in there. I managed to get her attention as she was walking past, confronted her about it and, completely emotionless, she checked the prices of the items, went into the cash register and handed me a 10 note.
