Not only did they cause damage to my property but to my neighbor's property as well; they accessed my neighbor's side lawn and driveway without their permission nor mine and scraped their driveway, ripped a large hole in my neighbor's table cover and caused a huge hole in the ground on my neighbor's side lawn. They offered no restitution to fix my damaged lawn that was caused by their trucks and other large vehicles; they did not even consider the idea of bringing large wooden boards to cover the lawn if any of their vehicles had to be parked on it or drive across it. The damage they caused to my neighbor's property took over 2 months to partially resolve, which ended up only covering the cost of replacing the table cover and nothing else. I am supremely disappointed in their lack of work ethic, poor communication, responsibility and morals. Their services were wildly expensive compared to other landscapers/tree removal companies and now I'm stuck paying for their work indirectly. Although they were able to remove the necessary trees, they caused long term damage to my lawn, damage to my neighbor's property AND left A LOT of debris across my lawn that I'm still cleaning up, 2 months later. They were also unwilling to work with the BBB to resolve these issues. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

They…read moregot the job done, but they weren't too careful, dropping 4ft wide x 10ft long logs on our property shook our whole house and damaged our Dogwood that was very close to our house splitting the main limb so the Dogwood will likely die. I complained about this to Brian, but he offered nothing to cover the damage. Worse after we had RKD cut down a couple of dead trees at my in-laws, the township called Brian to inspect a 1/2 dead oak in the right-of-way space. Comcast & Verizon used this tree as a utility pole and their wires were embedded over 3 inches into the trunk. Brian refuses to put this damage from the wires in the report and instead keeps calling us to pay to have the tree down so be very careful working with RKD on any responsibility or property issues as they'll side with the township since they get lots of work from them!

Warren Sr. and Jr. are great professionals and provided me with a fair quote when removing a large, 40-50ft. dead Willow and grinding the stumps. Mind you, a chunk of this dead tree broke off from a storm and fell into my neighbor's backyard. Did I mention that there was a 10 foot drop down to access part of said trees? While other companies were reluctant to service, or charged nearly double, Disch Tree's experts did the job perfectly.
