The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to the details, and did a thorough cleanup before leaving. I've hired enough companies over the years to recognize the difference between simply getting a job done and running a business the right way. Jireh clearly falls into the latter category. They were reliable, organized, and took pride in their work. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping or tree work.

We had a healthy tree in the woods that Back up to our house uproot due to all the rain and it became entangled in 3 other trees, while coming within inches of taking out a part of our deck. Jireh showed up punctually for both the quote and the removal, and kept us informed with reminders and updates on arrival. That Saturdaythey skillfully removed all 4 trees without damage to our property, then cut the wood in portable lengths and moved to our front yard for removal. They then tidied up and raked all areas that the wood touched including the path to the front lawn. They showed up to remove the logs as promised and again tidied and raked the area they had been resting. If we could give 10 stars we would!

I have many big, old trees that Mercer Tree has trimmed for the last 3 years. They have removed a large sap maple that was infested with Lantern flies, and another large tree that broke during a very windy day. Big branches landed on my new stockade fence and on the roof of my neighbor's new gazebo. After each job, they meticulously clean up all branches, leaves, and twigs. Mercer Tree Service, Jack, and the team are simply the best and highly recommended. Laura Hamilton Twp.

They…read moregot the job done, but they weren't too careful, dropping 4ft wide x 10ft long logs on our property shook our whole house and damaged our Dogwood that was very close to our house splitting the main limb so the Dogwood will likely die. I complained about this to Brian, but he offered nothing to cover the damage. Worse after we had RKD cut down a couple of dead trees at my in-laws, the township called Brian to inspect a 1/2 dead oak in the right-of-way space. Comcast & Verizon used this tree as a utility pole and their wires were embedded over 3 inches into the trunk. Brian refuses to put this damage from the wires in the report and instead keeps calling us to pay to have the tree down so be very careful working with RKD on any responsibility or property issues as they'll side with the township since they get lots of work from them!
