On 10-9 a subcontractor of Fritz arrived but couldn't complete the work b/c the boom on their truck was too small. I left work early for no reason. Unable to get a new appointment with the correct equipment to complete the job. No apology provided. I can't recommend them, because I can't even get them to show or communicate.
