My company, System One, located in Edison on Route 1 was in need of a company that could come in and do a quick and professional job. It seemed to me that we needed between 3 and 5 trees to be taken down on our property. While I put out calls to many company's only 3 responded. Of the 3, only Sammy and Sarah from Tree Patrol were willing to come out right away and deal with the one tree that was already split in three and then take a look at our other trees and give us a free estimate. We wound up needing 15 trees to be taken down. Sammy's people came in and did a spectacular job. They were professional and safety conscious. They cleaned up all debris. They even did the work on the weekend so as to not interfere with where people needed to park during the work week. On top of all of this, they gave us a really good price. Amazing service! I called to schedule and estimate with a few different local companies. Out of the four companies I called, Tree Patrol was the only company who returned my call quickly, scheduled the estimate, and showed up on the day and time frame they promised too. The other three companies either never returned my call, were a no show with no courtesy call, or were late and not personable during the estimate. Of the two estimates I received, Tree Patrol came in slightly higher, but when I showed them proof of the competitor's estimate, Tree Patrol agreed to beat the competition. He showed up for my free estimate appointment on time and arrived the day of the scheduled tree removal on time as well. He explained his tree removal plan to me thoroughly and he kept me informed on the work to be done. The tree was removed in a timely manner, the stump was grinned, and a full clean up was completed with all debris taken away from my property. There were also no damages to my property at all. The beginning of March a 30 yr. old 50 foot tall cedar pine uprooted in my backyard taking down 2 panels of the fence. I found Tree Patrol on- line and Sammy called me within an hour. He came with his staff and did a wonderful job. I was so pleased that I asked him to complete a larger job--the removal of the other 12/30 yr. old/ 50 foot tall cedar pines. Sammy arrived with his staff at 8:30 this morning and worked for 12 hours removing the trees and grinding down the stumps. Two of the trees were very close to my neighbors' homes and the caution and care taken by the staff is commendable.
