Was told they would be there 8:00 am, and the trucks arrived at 8:00am. As the customer, that was the start of a good experience. They removed 4 large dead trees and trimmed either 12 or 13 more. They removed all the debris. The chipper was going for about 10 hours. At the end they raked and cleaned up. Looks so much better then when they started. Glad to have chosen them. Hope that no more trees die on my property, but if they do - will be using them again.

They fit me in on a day when another customer rescheduled. They were professional and did the job as good as can be expected. The most impressive to me was the clean up. Carlos was fast to respond to my request to come survey the job, was considerate of my time and my bank account, and didn't hassle me about booking with him. Even though it took me 4 business days to take him up on his quote, he was a pleasure to schedule with, and fit me in within 48 hours of me contacting him. On the morning of the tree trimming, his team showed up promptly at 7:30am, and got to work on what I thought would be an all day affair. They were done by noon, with no mishaps, no issues, no fallen tree limbs, and seemingly no hassle. At my request, they chopped up the larger portions of the tree limbs (precariously overhanging my garage), and stacked them up for firewood use later in the year! They ground up everything else, cleaned up the little debris they had made, and wrapped up with so little hassle you'd think their job was easy- and it definitely is NOT! They accept credit card or cash, which is nice to have an option. I am so happy to no longer be worried about a tree limb crashing into my house, or destroying my garage. Hire Carlos' team if you want the job done with no hassle, at a great price- what more can I say?

Sue B. Edison, NJ…read more If you are looking for a great price and excellent tree service call JCR Tree Service. 3 Trees were cut from my neighbors yard close to the property line. One of which grew over in my yard and I split the cost with my neighbor. I came across JCR as Gary was giving an estimate across my street and I called him over. He looked at the trees and wrote up a quote and then he met with my neighbor and wrote up the contract. A couple of weeks later my neighbor received the OK with the permit and we had a date. Gary said he and the crew would arrive between 8:00am - 8:30am. They were here 15 mins early. The crew began to remove the trees one by one and did not stop until 12:30. I was so amazed how the crew of 3 worked so hard and fast. These guys are really professionals. Very careful and cautious. There was my neighbors garage and my garage and they did not come anywhere close to them with dropping the branches and trunks. Always wearing their safety gear at all times. We had a down pour and they stopped for a short lunch. Shorty after with only a light rain they were back at work to finish with stumps and clean-up. I can only say awesome work guys. Very good job with the clean-up. I have this company books for the tree in my yard for late fall/early spring. Gary, Salesman/Supervisor was here on site all day. Even the owner stopped by to check on the crew and the job. I would recommend this company to anyone.
