Recently the multi-pure faucet developed a slight leak and I ordered a replacement faucet but I was unsure about doing this work myself. It was very hard to reach (or even see) the under counter part of the faucet as we have a deep sink that made access difficult. I was not sure that it would be possible. David assured me that he had done this task many times and it would not be a problem - sure enough 10 minutes later it was replaced and works great with no leaks. He was a nice guy, reasonably priced and it easy to set up the appointment and I would not hesitate to call him again or refer him to others.

It was Easter Sunday and my elderly mother's water pump to her well failed. I gave her a list of…read morebusinesses and told her to call me after getting quotes. This business was not at the top of the list as I knew them to be on the higher end of the price point, but were a reputable business. This was the first company she called and they came right out. They explained to my freeloading unemployed adult brother that lives there that if they came out the work would be completed as it was on an emergency basis. They were pretty straightforward and they agreed they would complete the work (once the pump is pulled it needs to be replaced immediately to restore water). The total was up around 3700 and my mom had given them a credit card to complete the work. My husband contacted the business as this was a large expense for her being on a fixed income with no financial help in her household, and they agreed to give her a senior citizen discount of 10% and they completed the transaction on her card. They also explained that it would have to be flushed for a while until water was clear before water went through fixtures (there's a lot of sediment). Well, they could've stayed and done this for her but would've charged by the hour and so they explained to my brother how to do it and he agreed he would be capable of this. Thankfully, he's unemployed and has lots of time on his hands and should have been capable to do this for her. Unfortunately, the water was turned on before the flush was completed as discussed and sediment was introduced to the fixtures, causing low water pressure. My brother had called the company complaining of the low water pressure and Paul was happy to come out to troubleshoot. It was at that time Paul reiterated that the flush had to be completed and the aerators were clogged from sediment by failing to do so. Paul had actually offered to flush it himself and clean the aerator, but he was not permitted entry. Based off their diagnostics she also needs a new tank. She was given a quote with 10% and Paul also said that she can work out a payment plan if unable to pay at once. Overall they are a little on the high end but are responsive to emergency calls, helpful and overall an honest company to work with.

So we focused our efforts on the equipment needed to reduce the acidity. I selected a self cleaning model. Installation was set up for the following Tuesday. They called two times to verify the appointment including on the day of the appointment. The plumber, Rodney, arrived exactly on time and finished the job 3.5 hours later. The job Rodney did was very professional. I am totally satisfied with the equipment and with the installation. Couldn't have asked for a better job.
