MIke is a pleasure to work with, and the guys on his team clearly take their cues from his approach. He communicates every step of the way (text, phone, stops by) and always responds to messages RIGHT AWAY. His work is excellent and if there is such a thing as a "creative" plumber, that's Mike. These really old houses in Hull can be very challenging to work on but Mike comes up with a solution every time and never cuts corners. Finally, his prices are fair - which, given the service he provides, should be high. He's installed a new bathroom, fixed the screw-ups of another local plumber with a tankless water heater, replumbed lines to accommodate basement renovations - and we couldn't be more pleased with every job. He came out to look at boiler, changed a part and got it fired up. Identified that it was cracked and had to be completely replaced. Out of sympathy he just charged me for the part he replaced. He gave me a quote of what it would cost to install a new heating system. I called a few friends that are contractors and they agreed it was a very reasonable price. Dave came out the following day and installed it with his technician. Very professional and efficient, he even took a few hundred dollars off the price that he initially quoted. He was patient with me as I explained my issue over the phone and was able to inform me that our washer could still be used even before they got to fixing that. They've done a couple of other jobs for us in between like putting in a new shower head and implementing a new outdoor water spigot since the old one just didn't turn on anymore. They are always good and fair with their pricing and as always are happy to entertain my questions (like me asking where our water shutoff valve is and them showing me where it was.)

i usually like to call for 2-3 quotes but only did 1 with with Renato and he seem like a fair…read morestraight shooter with reasonable prices so i just went with him. got my water heater replaced, he prompted me that my pipes have not been in compliant since i bought my condo, also recommended to install automatic shut off valve. all the recommendations makes sense so i went with him. he was out the next day and finished job same day. no issues so far so would recommend him if you are looking for a good plumber who knows what he's doing. i got my property inspected as a new unit and the house inspector did not make any comment on the proper pipe that should be installed on a water heater.

I was very clear about what I needed - a standard sink mount. He worked at a pokey pace. I did not get a sink mount - but cheap metal brackets you can buy for 97 cents each ($60 parts). One of the brackets is installed incorrectly and wiggles - it's not tight. He also drilled into my kitchen cabinets - unnecessary if a proper sink mount had been used.

He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work.
