Dylan was not only helpful, but knowledgeable about the pontoon boat that we rented, but also the spots on the lake that we should hit for swimming, floating, etc. He helped us blow up all of our floats/tubes, and helped us carry everything out to and from the boat. If you're staying on Cayuga and want to spend a day crushing the lake, I highly recommend Frontenac Harbor rentals.
