Recently we were docking our boat and had an issue with the power lift. After securing the boat we tried charging the battery and then switching the battery to no avail. We contacted Joe who provided some additional troubleshooting over the phone. When we were unable to operate the lift Joe offered to go to his shop and deliver a new motor.
