So as usual my DD comes in and I stay up to date on my end of things only to still be refused a debit card, and as aggravating as it's been I still gave them my business...UNTIL, this institute took it upon themselves to dip their fingers in my account and helped themselves to some of my money without my permission. Of course upon bringing this to their attention they immediately went on the defensive and this is when I made my decision that I am not going to be a victim of this kind of bs. Yes, all of my banking, investing, and credit cards are with Chase and it earns me privileges. The Rep who worked to cancel my card and get me a new one on the stop was very helpful and pleasant.
