Horn Pest control is an amazing family owned operation in Lake County…read more We have a second home in Lake County. After being gone for a couple of weeks, we came back and found over a hundred dead wasps in our house. They had made a nest in our attic and chewed a hole in our ceiling to try escape but died from the heat. I sealed the hole but wanted to make sure there was not a major infestation in our attic. I spoke to Christy, who is the owners daughter. Even though we are not a current customer, she said she would get a tech out to help us. In about an hour their senior tech, Martine showed up. Martine crawled throughout our attic, conducted a thorough inspection and found no wasp or new wasps or nests. I am so happy with the prompt service and excellent customer service that Horn Pest Control provided. I highly recommend them!

Didnt know who was there (they never tell u theyre coming). Went to the Ring and discovered their employee had walked across it. Nothing was wrong with our cover, we didnt do anything, just replace it and be done.

When the job was completed, there were puddles left on the floor all along two of the baseboards. I texted the man who applied the spray asking if this was normal and he told me I could mop it up. I tried mopping and in the end, my floor was stained. I complained to him several times and he tried to clean it. I had to leave three messages for the owner and once I threatened to take action I finally received a call back. The owner did not seem to care and reminded me of the contract I signed. I appealed to the worker himself once again and there had been no communication between him and the owner. The worker came back to try one more time to fix the situation, which only made it much worse. No one followed up with me and I am now stuck with a damaged floor. Steer clear of this company.
