After being gone for a couple of weeks, we came back and found over a hundred dead wasps in our house. They had made a nest in our attic and chewed a hole in our ceiling to try escape but died from the heat. I sealed the hole but wanted to make sure there was not a major infestation in our attic. I spoke to Christy, who is the owners daughter. Even though we are not a current customer, she said she would get a tech out to help us. In about an hour their senior tech, Martine showed up. Martine crawled throughout our attic, conducted a thorough inspection and found no wasp or new wasps or nests. I had to leave three messages for the owner and once I threatened to take action I finally received a call back. The owner did not seem to care and reminded me of the contract I signed. I appealed to the worker himself once again and there had been no communication between him and the owner. The worker came back to try one more time to fix the situation, which only made it much worse. No one followed up with me and I am now stuck with a damaged floor. Steer clear of this company.
