They work site was kept organized and everything was clean and disposed without issues. And same with Fatima and Nicole last time, working with Marylyn on payment and schedules and follow-ups are always a pleasant experience. Thank you again. I have referred you on NextDoor and I wish Shadi nothing but the best. 11/2020 Just had my 30+ year old heating furnace replaced by Shadi's team. Everyone in the group was a pleasure to work with. From initial visit by Paul, to installation by Fernando, and follow-up by Ahmad, the experience was above and beyond. The work is completed in a day and work site is cleaned up nicely afterwards. Lastly, reaching out to Fatima and Nicole for questions and follows up are always met with courtesy and promptness. Thank you Shadi for a great team and for the wonderful service.

He and his man shoveled all the walkways and the driveway so my wife could get her car out in the morning. They did this because they wanted to make sure the repair would work, and after the installation of the part, there was a certain amount of time the system needed to reboot. I repeatedly tried to pay him for all the extra attention and he refused. This is a true pay it forward company. There are few of these type of businesses these days. He limits his client base because it's not about the money it's more of a passion for this guy. I wish you nothing but more success.

Adam and his crew were…read morequick to respond to our HVAC meltdown, making the time for us to give a thorough, accurate and honest assessment of what exactly needed to be repaired, adjusted, and (with regards to our second 30 year old Carrier unit that was no longer working) replacement with a more high efficiency Rheem model - at a price lower than his competitors, and all within 2-3 days from the time our unit stopped working... sparing us more sleepless nights in the sweltering heat and humidity of late August. Unlike our experience with other contractors that disappeared once they've gotten paid, Adam proved to be the ultimate professional in following up with us - to ensure everything was working at maximum efficiency, even returning to make some minor adjustments to our thermostat, and always keeping the lines of communication open. By far above and beyond, we would not hesitate to recommend Adam, Danny, and the rest of the Eco Airflow team to our family and friends, or anyone else in need of HVAC services.

We are newer home owners, and this was one of our first big projects. From calling to book an appointment and getting the estimate booked quickly/within a shorter timeframe, to a very thorough appointment -we felt satisfied right away. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and took their time. We worked with Bobby the owner and Robal for communications, Julie the owner also gave us a call to check in. The only part of the process that took longer was the towns fault on slow permit processing, which to add, American Airflow gave us updates on timeframe during it. We also didn't have to do any of the permit work other than set up final inspections. They used a really great electrician company that we plan to use for other upcoming projects as well. Day of install came, techs were on time, professional, polite, extremely neat while working and with clean up, and took the extra time to explain the units to me as well as the (slightly tricky Mitsubishi) remote. The price and customer service hands down beat the other competitors we had estimates with and we're really happy we went with them...also relieved to no longer lug those pesky window units in next summer/anymore!
