Zac then came out to replace the pilot light assembly and was outstanding- took the time to organize the wires and very deeply clean the entire system. After installing the new part, he spent about 20 minutes explaining all of the parts of the fireplace to me, how they work, and how to troubleshoot potential issues. He was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall an outstanding company. Would absolutely use them again for any future issues or general maintenance. We called to schedule the appointment right as it was getting cold (so I'm sure their busiest time!) and they quickly and easily got us on the calendar.

I called them back exactly one week ago. No answer so I left another message requesting Zach to come out and look at my chimney then give me a more solid quote. No return phone call. I used them for a chimney sweep in October 2018 and was happy. Now however these guys are no better than the Fly By Night Albert the Chimney Sweep. Unreliable, unprofessional.
