As a busy real estate agent it is very important for me that my clients get treated by everybody…read morethat I refer in the same manner as I would treat them. I treat my clients with transparency, honesty, punctuality and good communication. During my last escrow, I had agreed to help the sellers find people to help move their bulky furniture. As this was a $2.2 million sale, I couldn't hire just anybody. Finally when it came down to getting my clients furniture moved out I had been given a referral by a friend to contact Chase at muscle moving and cleaning. So I called him immediately. And what I found was: A very punctual, well spoken, honest and reasonable person that I was comfortable enough moving forward with the job. As much as he impressed me by our initial phone call, it was what happen next that really deserves this five star review. I ended up using Chase and his team for two days. I initially booked him for one day and it ended up not being enough. However it was because I underestimated the job. Chase and his team worked from the moment they arrived at the site till every last item was carefully wrapped, carefully transported to the truck and perfectly positioned for the road. Evrything was thoughtfully packed and tied down as to minimize any possible damage. The next day Chase and a different team member showed up and again tirelessly worked until the entire truck was unpacked and properly placed into my clients storage unit. I even had them do extra things that I didn't initially disclose and they took care of me like I was their best friend. He even followed up the next day or two to make sure I was still happy. 10 star review for Chase and company. Thank you.

They had the best attitude and were friendly and outgoing, along with being professional. Young people with this work ethic are few and far between these days. And on a funny note, they resembled my sons. In my experience, more often than not, movers and delivery people I've hired were unkempt, dirty and crabby and in the past I've hired piano movers who were much more expensive and unnecessary. (Maybe different for a grand piano but mine is upright) Unfortunately I didn't get the crew's names but they deserved a far bigger tip than I gave! I didn't get a quote from any others and even if they were higher than the going rate I'd hire them anyway. Support local. Support women's owned business!!
