I love the countertops I received from Dennis's business. The install was a bit rough since the…read morehired installers did not understand Dennis's instructions. Dennis made it right by having a different person return to complete the job. The cabinets "looked" nice upon initial install. But Mark, the installer, recommended by Dennis, failed to complete the finer details. Nail marks/holes were left with Mark's recommendation for me to buy "white nail polish" to cover the holes. The cabinets chip easily if a plate or glass accidentally touches the edge when returning them to the cabinet. Mark's phone number was "no longer in service" soon thereafter. I like to support "local" businesses and Dennis is a "nice" guy. I recommend, however, that homeowners hire their own installers and be sure they are happy with "made in China" cabinetry, as indicated on the cabinets when they arrived.

All the installers and estimators I worked with were polite, on time and respectful of my time and property. Don't let the name fool you. They do so much more than Formica. I had pull out drawers put in my lower kitchen cabinets and pantry. I can now access my tools, canned goods, etc. without breaking my back or losing things in the abyss. The quality is amazing. Quality materials and craftsmanship. The installation experience was great, very efficient. Next I had them do a tub to shower conversion and it was also a great experience. In 2019 Pro Flooring did a great job installing SPC Luxury Vinyl at my rental unit. See my other…read morereview about that (dated 5/27/2019) Fast forward to 2025, and unfortunately there was a pipe that burst in the rental and so a large portion of the flooring had to be pulled out. I decided to have the restoration company that did the drying process do all the repairs, painting, and installation in order to keep things simple (rather than me hiring and coordinating multiple companies). Unfortunately the restoration company's subcontractor did not do a very good job on the corners and edges, and that made me worry about whether there could be other bigger issues like with the leveling. I called Pro Flooring to get some information and see if they could give me a bid if we ended up having more problems resolving the issues. Vitaliy was very kind in spending a lot of time with me on the phone discussing my options, looking at some pictures, and arranging an appointment for his installer to take a look. As it turns out, once I was able to drive up to my rental unit and inspect it in person instead of via pictures on the phone, I felt that there was a good chance the issues were only cosmetic on the edges and transitions. I was able to discuss again with Vitaliy, and that helped me feel even more reassured, and in the end we did not need to have his installer take a look because I was feeling confident that those cosmetic issues could be fixed by the restoration company since they would not use the subcontractor this time. I do wish in retrospect that I had hired Pro Flooring to do this job, because I am sure we would not have had these issues. But Vitaliy sure helped me out by being very helpful and gracious with his time as I needed to figure out the best course of action. Thank you Vitaliy!
