He recommended we use another firm and have them remove the toilet, rod it, and replace it. We told him we may use this opportunity to replace the toilet and he made recommendations. He told us he does not charge when he cannot successfully repair the issue. What a nice thing! He remains our "first call" for plumbing.

Original review: I messaged Drain-EEZ Plumbing about my broken disposal on a Sunday morning, hoping they could provide a quote for the fix. He's fixed our toilets, burst pipes, bathtub drains, installed sink fixtures and replaced our garbage disposal. He's never had to be at our house for more than an hour and usually has parts on him-and if he doesn't he tells customers how to get it cheap if he can't get it cheaper. He's also the most friendly guy you will ever meet AND he is honest and very reasonable. You can trust this man and depend on him.

Despite saying, they offer free estimates, Town And Country pulled the permit and didn't even bother to go out and check the work or give me an estimate. They managed to fail not one, but TWO rough in inspections! Yes, Tim, the owner expects me to pay for his failed inspections. But it gets worse, three different electricians came in to do exactly what? They re-stapled some wires, and then put in two new outlets that the city didn't require, including one in another bedroom. When I called about the unnecessary work and inflated charges the owner, Tim, literally screamed at me over the phone. Unprofessional, condescending, rude and dismissive. I offer to make a partial payment, but he responded with more threats. He refused mediation. This bill is almost $1200. He threatened to put a lien on my house and actually that's the first thing he follow through on with great Efficiency. I've used this company before and have experienced their price gouging, but I was in a bind. they knew when I called them I was a blank check opportunity because only Town And Country Plumbing can call in for the Final Inspection. So I have a lien on my house and the permit is still opened. If anyone can help please reach out. Thanks. Obviously, I will never use them again and notice a trend of a lot of recent one star reviews! As you can see from other reviews the lack of coordination, communication, showing up, overinflated prices, etc is how Town and country operates.

I've found it increasingly difficult to find service companies that are knowledgeable in their field, responsive, honest and provide excellent customer service. Not only did Green Tech Plumbing check all these boxes, but they also offer fair pricing. A unicorn of a business. After being overcharged and underwhelmed by our previous plumber, I was on the hunt for a capable plumber to install a whole house water filtration system. From the moment I reached out to Green Tech Plumbing, they were nothing but responsive and helpful. I purchased the filtration system from a vendor, yet Kevin willingly answered all my questions (promptly!) about the system. He even pointed out that one of the options had expensive filters that would need to be changed frequently saving me hundreds of dollars in filters. What a gem! Kevin came out to look at how the system could be installed in our space and talked to me through how the system would work and answered all my questions. He then provided a fair quote. Once our system was delivered, I emailed to set up the installation. His team came out the following week for the installation. The tech Kevin sent was just as helpful! He moved the 100-pound tank from the garage to the basement, which wasn't part of their scope. The tech had to make a run to the hardware store to buy connection pieces that weren't included with system, but he knew exactly what to buy and did so in a timely manner. The install was speedy and flawless. The tech was even willing to stay while I called the vendor's water filtration system customer service expert to walk us through the start up process. On top of this great experience, I wrote a check for the incorrect amount and Kevin responded right away saying he would swing by and drop a check in our mailbox for the overpayment. Unreal! This is how you run a company!
