    Our insurance provider AAA contracted with them to have our travel trailer transported. Our tandem…read moreaxle 30 foot travel trailer had one axle break. This happened at 7pm by midnight they had us scheduled for an 8am tow. The other company wanted an additional 3k to move us. This company wanted an additional $500. So we slept on the highway in our truck (we had to have police stand by due to the hazardous area and where we were on the freeway) At 8am we called and they said the company was 60 min out. They arrived 2 hours late, with the wrong equipment. We then find out they were literally down the exit less than 1/4 a mile from where we were stranded at. Why the hell were they 2 hours late and wrong equipment?? Then they say they will Jerry rig the axle to get us off the freeway and put our spare tire on and bring us another tire to replace the 2nd tire that blew also. We slowly moved from where we were to just outside their tow yard. It's now noon, the equipment needed to transport us is broken and they cannot even do the tow! They should have never booked with these people, this tow company shouldn't have accepted. Had to make more than 20 calls to this company trying to get things handled at this point we have now paid 1167.50 and no tow!! We cannot get to the repair facility. By 3pm we have fired the tow company, found a mobile welding service who came and did secure our axle so we could get to the repair facility. Had to escalate to a supervisor to have a refund made as we had to prepay this entire fiasco with them. They had the audacity after leaving us on the freeway and using this horrible company to ask if we wanted them to find someone else?? Are you kidding me!!

I brought a very delicate handmade glass sculpture to you for shipping. You examined the art piece closely before packing it and stated more than once that you were confident that you could pack it safely. Given your professional experience, if you weren't sure you could pack it sufficiently, you could and should have declined to pack it. You packed the box yourself and expressed confidence that it would arrive intact. It was with that assurance that I asked you to continue and to ship the package. The package arrived with no exterior damage. Every side was photographed. This means my piece broke from insufficient internal protection, not carrier negligence. My contract was with you, not UPS. As an original artwork, it has no invoice until it sells. Once it broke, the potential sale was lost and therefore no bill of sale exists. The key issue is that my art piece was broken because the packing was insufficient and not how much it was worth. Given all of this, I ask you to promptly refund the packing and shipping charges.
