This place looks unattractive from the street during the day, but you should see a line outside after 8pm. Went there with a coworker, who ordered in Italian. The owner greeted us warmly at the door and had our whole party seated right away. I had read reviews about the pizza and thought it the perfect place to escape the rain, wait out the storm, and stuff our bellies until the rain stopped and we could call an UBER. There were just a few tables occupied, which made it feel like we'd found something of a hideaway. We started with a cheese plate and wine, then shared a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Everything came out fast and everything was delicious. The cheese plate especially was worth ordering. What made the night, though, was the owner. His family is originally from Egypt, and he brought such genuine warmth and joy to taking care of us. That kind of hospitality can't be faked. When we left and were walking down the block, he called after us holding one of my friend's phone charger that was left behind on the table. We were super appreciative. :) If you find yourself in Milan -- rained on or not -- go. Great pizza, great wine, excellent service, and a host who clearly loves what he does.

Several guests had insects or spiders in their food. Desert was ice cream that came in a cup. Maybe the restaurant is better for pizza or for smaller parties. It just did not work for our large group.

The service was pretty quick, and the pizza comes out right away Obviously with such high turnover, they have figured out the formula for delicious pizza. The manager saw that we were wearing matching jerseys and he gave us some glasses of champagne while we waited for a table to become available. I thought that was very kind of him. We sat down after about 20 mins and ordered our food. Everyone in the group ordered either pizza or pasta. I went with pasta at the last min and I was not disappointed.
